It was really clean tidy and central location which was great for Bridgewater town centre. The staff were very kind and goo at getting back to my messages. Basic room but great for the base that we wanted the room for.

There was an awful lot of noise coming from the room next door. A very loud football match with screaming and shouting followed by lots of loud voices and some crying through the walls could be heard until past midnight. (We really hope the man is all ok now) Would of been ok if we hadn't done a really long hike from Weston Super-Mare to Bridgewater. We were shattered and could of really done with the extra sleep. But it can't always be helped and couldn't fault the accomodation for the money.

Comfy beds Great hot shower Big room room 20 is perfect for couples out the way at the top Had kettle and coffee cups and free view telly Spacious room Remember you’re paying 50£ a night do not expect 5star service and room service and breakfast etc all shops are on the doorstep Would definitely return

When checking in at 2 the staff was missing No bedding And only two pillows on double bed

I had a great check in experience with Abdul at the front desk. He was really friendly and welcoming and immediately helped me to securely store my bike. The room had everything I needed for my one night stay and an excellent shower. It was perfect after a long day on the bike.

Sound travels a lot in the property so I could hear a lot of the other guests’ movements during the night

The owner was an amazing,friendly helpful man and the location was brilliant in the centre of the town .The bathrooms were immaculate and very modern.The bed was very comfortable as well

The hotel had nothing whatsoever not to like .The idea of having breakfast would top off a fabulous stay .but there's a cafe right next door anyway. The host was so lovely and so friendly and accommodating. Will be staying there again before anywhere else. Many thanks! Tracy and Carl.

The staff and owners are great! Always able to assist even when losing keys when out late. Great location as right in the centre. WE have stayed here numerous times on our travels thru with work. Very helpful with directions and where to eat or will supply dishes for you to order in. BPS Enforcement

No on Parking at the property, or in front without council restrictions. There food area is being renovated so no food at property as of yet, but does provide Tea and Coffee if you ask.

Clean tidy and well maintained excellent value for money, hotel nice and quiet.

The area isn't very nice, quiet surprised town has lots of homeless and unfriendly locals. Lots of fighting and arguing outside in the town at night. Not fault of hotel but warning if families or couples wanted to have a quiet stay

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfy and clean, value for money.

It appears to be used as temporary accommodation for single men, however they were no different to any other guest and were courteous and helpful when we were figuring out access late at night.

Friendly staff ideal location for shops the room was very nice and comfortable lovely shower and bathroom a fan in the room because it was very hot

Didn't like the bed the mattress was very old and lumpy couldn't sleep at all for the two nights we were there .

The property has plenty of charm, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a budget hotel in a great location.

The lack of food facilities for breakfast isn’t the best. However there are plenty of places nearby to buy food.

They didn’t understand half of what I was saying including the word “booking”, accidentally booked another person into my room and got told by staff “no speak English” when sorting it, after 15 minutes this was sorted and it was a comfortable stay.
