I loved the sea view and terraced area. I loved the lights at night. The room was very cozy. The room temperature was perfect with air conditioning and heating. Very modern decor. Location was in the perfect spot. It was clean. The onside restaurant dinner was lovely Staff are friendly and helpful

I didn't like the stairs leading out to the private terrace I felt they could do with hand rails. I didn't like only having one pillow I didn't sleep well. It only had a shower I thought rooms had baths. I didn't like the breakfast included in the price the food wasn't great bacon was burnt, bread needed more butter, breakfast was small and didn't fill us up, sausages too overcooked and plain I must admit I expected better for a breakfast that would have been 9 pounds for a paying customer.

I said our recommendations were not met due to close proximity but Ellie was great and tried her best but was not possible so I have no problem! The hotel rooms were great- couldn’t fault them! Thankyou to Ellie she had to put up with a million questions from me 😂

The food both for dinner and breakfast wasn’t great! No one was happy apart from the little one who had coco pops! Also no fault of the hotels but the most expensive room is closest to Tom peppers and we had music and shouting till about 3am! Luckily our children couldn’t hear that in their room! Can’t fault the hotel it was unfortunately the surroundings!

Really enjoyed our stay here it was really relaxing and the room was brilliant. The room was clean and had a hot tub in that really added to the relaxation the bed was very comfortable and had little things like a good selection of drinks. The location is right on the seafront and we had a balcony which we relaxed on in the evening. The beach is a 2 minute walk away their were robes to relax in and the bathroom was modern and stylish by far the best hotel we have stayed in.

Wifi signal is abit hit and miss but that isn't the end of the world

Brilliant staff !! Always friendly, very helpful and informative. A very professional team, I’ve stayed all over the country and this hotel has been one of my most pleasurable stays😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻 Really big TV, which was easy to use. Lovely comfortable bed and a fabulous restaurant for English breakfast. Best if all though is the lunch and evening dinner service in the hotels restaurant which is the best Greek Authentic food I’ve had for a long time!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁😁😁

*Just for information. Bath needs a shower mat for shower over Bath. Extremely slippy and dangerous, 1 of us fell in Bath. We got one from reception after incident. Also the steps to go down to balcony are woodern and painted with gloss paint very dangerous with socks on only. Could be an accident in waiting. Needs a soap dish on side of sinks.

The location of this hotel was perfect as we have a 3month old so wanted to be within walking distance of everything with the pram. Every member of staff we came across were so lovely. Room was a great size even with a travel cot. Balcony was lovely with sea view and looking straight out to the pier. Even before our stay I spoke to Stacy and she was very helpful with helping me get everything we needed for our baby.

Once you enter the room corridor it’s great, clean fresh and looks fab, the room was well presented with good facilities etc, TV system a little dated and having to use 2 controls is a pain

Entering was somewhat of a let down with tools from a maintenance chap left everywhere and generally untidy area. Breakfast was nice but let down by burnt toast ! I could not serve burnt toast personally

Pillows and beds amazing, Balcony was a bonus, lovely to sit and people watch. Restaurant and food lovely ... although the staff were inconsistent in the service at breakfast.For some nothing was too much trouble but others clearly didn't want to be there.

The foyer, reception and Greek restaurant were kept immaculately clean! But on entering the lift the floor was filthy with dirt receipts,packets etc which remained there for our weeks holiday. My partner had a cut on his head which bled quite badly onto the pillow case..I purposely left the pillow on the bottom of the bed with the blood in full view so that housekeeping could change at least the pillow case. When we went to bed that night we found that it had been placed back on the bed but turned over so the stain was not showing. Housekeeping only come to your room if requested by the door sign

The breakfast was Lovely we really enjoyed it worth every money. The decoration and renovation is lovely.

There was no option for kids breakfast such as cereals, e.g. weetabix, cornflakes also we were told there was NO MILK to make hot chocolate but there was milk for the tea ?!?!? Kettles in the room needs to be changed had some calc inside not so good to drink hot water from. By our bedside table there were tissue papers from previous stayers needs a thorough clean up after room is vacant. Would be lovely if a receptionist would be at the front at all times.... I had been calling no one picks up the call I saw why once i arrived there isnt ever anyone sitting at the reception day time apart from sometime in the evening and night time.

Gorgeous hotel in the most perfect location. Everything is on the doorstep. Loved our balcony overlooking the pier. Bed very comfortable, noise from outside didn't bother us. Can't praise the staff enough for the service. Everything was amazing.
