the location was quiet when needed. Our room was well placed, spacious and well furnished. The receptionists and all other staff members were helpful and friendly. Comire is a pleasant village with enough facilities for the casual traveller.

Nice atmosphere, central location, friendly staff. We also had an issue re our first room but got moved fairly quickly to another room with a nice view

Thought the meal and drink prices were quite high. We were over £70 for two Royal burgers and 4 glasses of wine.

You could not ask for better staff they are a credit to the hotel.

Unfortunately the hotels restaurant was not open during our stay something we were informed about after we had booked on your page meaning if we cancelled we would incur the full fee due to it being a last minute booking. If we had this information prior we would have looked for alternative accommodation as the price felt very inflated once this facility was removed.

The food was amazing. My room was comfortable, and I had a full sized bath and shower. There were lots of nice places to sit and relax. I was only there overnight but would definitely go for longer.

The carpet in my room was a bit marked and could have done with a clean, but the rest of the room was spotless.

Location was great. Shame about the weather, as we would have been out n about more. Lovely hotel and staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Room a little basic but it is a room to take a dog too. Bed very comfortable. Needs a bigger TV

The hotel seemed generally well maintained. My room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options. The hotel has an attractive bar and library for sitting in. The hotel is well placed in the attractive village of Comrie. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Small points: The extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom but I was told this would be mended shortly - though not during my stay. The tray with tea, coffee etc was in a position where you couldn't reach a socket. It was actually hard to find a surface in the room close to a socket where you could safely place the tray. My butter at breakfast came in 2 neat triangles the first morning. On the second it looked like the leftovers had been squashed into the small bowl, not at all apoetisingly

Staff were lovely, food was delicious and bed really comfortable.

Some of the decor/accessories in our suite could do with refreshing/replacing.

For the price of the room, you would not expect toiletries to be fixed to the wall. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom and the bath was stained, clean but stained and therefore didn’t represent the price we paid. The tea and coffee facilities were also a little budget. Some different teas and perhaps some local shortbread was what I’d expect at £170 a night.

Location. Bed. Aspect of room upon my second visit. Food was enjoyable.

The chaos the reception or non answering when bell was rung. A member of staff saw me then left me stood for 10 mins.

the room was satisfactory, cannot think of anything not liked. The hotel looks tired and in need of some TLC.
