Everything needed in kitchen for self catering, bonus of having a dishwasher too!! Excellent location and clean accommodation

Very hilly not ideal for people with mobility issues, however plenty of blue badge spaces and the hotel do everything to accommodate you in the right area

Staff were excellent throughout- very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was excellent also - had everything we needed and was spacious , clean and comfortable. Used the pool complex which was great and had a lovely meal at the on-site restaurant. Very good location - really near the town and beach .

Slightly steep climb back from the town and beach but this was mentioned when booking and wasn’t a problem for us as we drove in and out but could be an issue for some. When we had our meal there was a singer on who was very good but too loud for us as we couldn’t chat to each other while eating. Also a separate bar area would have been nice so that we could have lingered after our meal to have a drink.

The property was clean and well equipped, and had tasteful furnishings. We stayed in a one-bed apartment and there was plenty of space for our family of three. The sofa bed was easy to set up and put back each day. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah who checked us in and out. They also kept us informed by text messages with useful information - a couple of housekeeping points on the first day then just once a day with entertainment info so this was useful without being too often. The games room was better than I expected which we used a couple of times for table tennis, air hockey and pool. At a glance it appeared to have entertainment for all ages. We also used the snooker room which was a bonus as we weren’t expecting this. At some point the swimming pool will be chargeable each day but that hadn’t come in yet, so if we’d had an opportunity to use it then we definitely would have done. We took the walking route into Cromer, through the woods and park, then along the coastal path. It was a very pleasant 15-20 minute stroll. Mostly uphill on the return walk but not too strenuous so fine for us.

We had to park away from our apartment which was no trouble for us but might not suit everyone. There was closer temporary parking for unloading/loading. The restaurant had a last sitting of 8.15pm which was early for us so we only ate there once out of four nights and a couple of times we would have got take away from there but we were too late. The tv was hard to navigate as only some of the channels listed their programmes on the guide, but we made do. The bedroom tv only had four channels so we didn’t use it. None of these points negatively impacted our stay, and we would definitely return.

Organisation does not have identity neither a bar nor retaurant food finishes at 8/30 (to early long wait for food to be delivered but was of a good quality when we got it should have takeaway menus drinks list etc! Placed all accomadation units to prevent delay and designate more tables in bar for people just wanting a drink and maybe early teas for kids should definitely overhaul their catering operation if they do so it would be much more profitable to themselves

We were in no 23. It is lovely ground floor apartment opening onto a patio and lawn with beautiful flowers. It was very clean and had everything we needed The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher as well as a microwave. There is a comfortable bed, large smart tv and free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms are excellent and the changing facilities spotless with lovely toiletries provided. You need your own towels for the pool or you can hire them. We were able to walk into Cromer town centre - about half an hour away. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and checked several times (by text) if we needed anything which was helpful and not intrusive. They gave advice about nearby walks. It was a special occasion and we were greeted with a congratulations card when we arrived which was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good and there is a laundrette on site should you need it. We visited the stunning walled garden and woodland walks at Felbrigg Hall and the beautiful beach at Overstrand.

Not a dislike but just be aware. The club is on a cliff top location and built on a a steep slope. There are steep walks and lots of steps. This was fine as we are active and mobile. You can drive to the top and there is disabled parking by the door. We were contacted by phone in advance of our visit and staff checked on our mobility.

It was situated well for our visit. The apartment was ideal in size and everything we needed. Although the apartment looked presentable it was tired in some areas. The carpets and flooring were not as clean as I would have hoped. Picking something off the floor I had dropped I found dust and hair attached. The hoover was available so I hoovered throughout. Whether this was an oversight I don’t know. On the whole a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It’s convenience to Cromer and also the shortcut to the lighthouse. The apartments were all attached to each other but we were lucky that we went at a quiet time so found the proximity to other apartments quiet.

This is our second time staying and we were pleased to have the exact same villa as before that made it easier to get around. Home from Home. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Great location. Staff very welcoming. Great onsite restaurant, food excellent and very large portion size. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely return again.

Could have been cleaned better. Shower head was very mouldy and kitchen sink very stained and the whole villa needed a good dust and polish. Complex is very hilly, not ideal for the less abled bodied person. Creaking floors from flat above.

Very clean and spacious. Facilities were great, and the little bits and bops in the property were wonderful.

The apartment had a brand new Kitchen. A newish bathroom. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We felt very relaxed whilst in our apartments. There was a coffee machine in the room with some free coffee sachets and dishwasher and washing machine. There is a swimming pool and spa facilities which was a nice surprise. 3 supermarkets near by for supplies and you can buy pastries from reception.

Located on a steep hill, there are stairs everywhere. It was not evidently clear where reception was as a hedge was growing over the arrow so I spent ages wondering around trying to find it. The restaurant and bar only open at night so didn’t use these as my daughter was exhausted. You could order pastries for breakfast but would have to collect them from reception yet more walking up and down stairs so we didn’t do that. I just felt completely exhausted by the time I got home. This is mainly because I have a bad back that makes walking difficult for me.

Spacious apartment with separate bedroom. Plenty of storage space. Kitchen had all that most people need in a holiday apartment. The complex of perhaps 100 apartments is just outside Cromer, which is walkable by road or clifftop path. We liked the on-site restaurant and swimming facilities. There seem to be enough parking areas, and kept separate from the apartments. We reported a couple of minor problems and they were fixed within the hour .

Some people may find the sloping site a bit tiring, but anyone in reasonable condition should have no problem. You have to step into the bath to take a shower. We prefer a shower cubicle, without bath.
