The guy was amazing help us out one of the best hotels around darby he name his Bobby the owner and he make us feel so welcome the bedrooms are amazing thanks for letting us stay booby more will come when we're back in darby

The house itself is lovely inside. Very clean, and comfortable. Everything you could need was there and the owner was very helpful and polite. Carried out case all the way to the top of the house. The lay out is nice and of a high standard

The only thing I would change about this property is the top floor bathroom. The bathroom itself was lovely and clean. But if room 6 is in use, I’d recommend not allowing other guests to use the bathroom right outside our bedroom door. It’s SO loud! My children and I stayed in room 6 on Friday and were woken late in the night by the sound of a grown man we don’t know opening his bowels and having a bath. His partner was in there with him and we could hear absolutely everything. It wasn’t pleasant at all.

host was very polite and helpful The decor was very luxurius and everything was very clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well as it was quiet. There was a kitchen /dining room with facilities for cooking and use of a washing machine. We liked the top floor apartment as we had 2 toddlers to keep away from the other guests. We could park right outside the front door.

It would have been better if we had more cutlery and plates etc to eat off but the host said that the missing pots and pans must have been left in another of the kitchens.

The place is spotless. Excellent decor. The owner is very friendly, and his hospitality was excellent. He gave us a complimentary upgrade to a King Deluxe room, which was very nice of him. Breakfast is at a little cafe around the corner that offers a great variety of options. All inclusive in the price of the stay. A great little boutique hotel! Would highly recommend this place.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. The owner is very accommodating.

The manager was lovely, the house was decorated to such a high standard. Close to local amenities, on street parking right outside the property. Child friendly. We stayed for my daughter's birthday as we were visiting Alton towers and the room made her feel like an absolute princess.

We tried having a bath and there was no hot water which was a bit of a pain but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It is a new place so everything is in excellent conditions, and you can see a lot of efforts being made to turn it into an even greater place. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to help us and make us feel better when an issue unrelated to the hotel affected us.

The room was very comfortable and the accommodation is in a good location, very close to the town centre.

The bathroom did get quite busy, which is to be expected when sharing with other guests.

Great location, able to wonder to shops, cafes and pubs. Always found parking available on the street, although it is tight.

Street noise was a bit loud at times during the night
