We can't rate our experience highly enough. The service & attention to detail was exceptional, even being taken to our rooms. All the staff were so friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & even gave us a different room to make things easier for our needs. The lady was so helpful and went approve & behind to ensure my daughter's dietary requirements were met & was absolutely lovely! The whole hotel was immaculate & looked fresh. Both rooms we stayed in, 24 and 11 were lovely. The beds were comfortable & the pillows lovely & plump.Breakfast was delicious & freshly made. There was also adequate free parking just outside the hotel. We couldn't have asked for better & highly recommend Level Inn.

The member of staff was so friendly when they greeted us and also helpful when I asked if I could purchase some drinks (£1.20 I believe for cans of fizzy for those wondering) fetched some cold ones from the fridge for us. The rooms had switches by the bed, a TV, a toilet/sink shower room, kettle and tea/coffee options. The breakfast in the morning was good and options to have apple/orange juice and indiviual tea pots. The same member of staff (we did check they'd not been there the evening night and into the next day) greeted us safe travels on our check out and was again very lovely.

One of our rooms the shower had problems draining, one of the rooms the TV didn't appear to be working and across the 3 rooms from our group the beds where sleepable but not very comfortable all seemed to lack a good support base. The bathrooms are a toilet/sink shower that are quite small space wise so please bare this in mind if you have any needs for more space as all where quite small and one bathroom was up a stair to get into.

A great place for a one/two night stay. Its tucked away in Ebba, but our sta nav took us right there. Reception staff ( lady) was great and although we were there before check in time, our room was ready. Nice room, clean & tidy. When I saw the place online, I thought this was not built as a hotel, and we were correct, it was once a council social cente, but it has been re vamped and decorated & its good. Breakfast ( cooked to order) was super. Car parking on site, foc. Go a long way to find something better for the price. 24gr front deesk, as we had gone out to a concert in Brecon, it was well after midnight before we were back, and lady at front door to greet us.

Not much really. All in all nothing to complain about.

A pretty basic hotel but had everything that I wanted and a couple of things that some of the more established hotels could learn from. Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast and 2 key points for me were plug sockets next to the bed (this seems to be less common by the day but is really important if you have work to do) and, as a non tea and coffee drinker, a water dispenser on the landing meaning I had lovely fresh, cold water literally on tap. I don't work round that way very often but won't hesitate to stay again if I do. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

No evening meals, but easy access to plenty of places to eat so not any real problem. Oh, and if you're a runner, there will be a lot of hills on your route!

The place was spotless! nothing appeared to much trouble, staff were very polite and friendly a lot of other B & Bs could learn a lot from them couldn’t fault them Accommodation basic but has everything you need Good value for money Breakfast was lovely

No complaints they even gave us cutlery and plates so that we could eat a takeaway in our room

First off the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble! Our room was spacious and clean, beds were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic! The free hot cooked breakfast was great too. Thanks to the lovely staff we met during our stay!

Staff were really committed to making the stay enjoyable, even ensuring that we were able to park on-site when the car park was full. Breakfast was really good although a little hectic for staff as the room was full with guests waiting for a table

the hotel is tucked away in a rub down area and a direction sign would have been useful

the two ladies behind the desk were fantastic. So accommodating, so kind, so caring and some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. I stayed alone and I was a female, I was made to feel incredibly safe by both of the female staff and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from them. Brilliant

The staff at this hotel are really lovely especially the lady at reception who goes above and beyond in her job which made for a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as its a good price the breakfast was great and staff brilliant, what more could you want.
