Starting from the parking, there is free parking on the street itself just in-front of the hotel. Or else they have got plenty of private parking spaces rear side of the building. Thats more safe and secured. Then check-in was totally art of technology. Entering the pin, collecting the key everything was smooth and there were no difficulties in finding our room. All the instructions were straightforward and clear. The room was neat and tidy, toilets were clean and odourless. Hot and cold water available. Basic facilities like hair dryer, iron box, kettle for boiling water were present. The magazine of Landmark and attractions in Edinburgh was really handy for new travellers like us. Surely will recommend to my colleagues and friends.

No issues getting in but had tech savvy teens with me.. my best method of getting in just a code, a key is released your in. Arrived late no worries excellent communication. Got in was really impressed massive bed and 3 perfect full size singles for the older ones. Family friendly with fridge and microwave TV and lots of charging points. Opposite a park for ones who like to play or just kids to run around of needed.

I parked on the road and there's also great secure parking which I didnt ask about! Also very very small thing not even a real thing, bin was a little small for the family sized but there are instructions on how to get rid of rubbish if you lots. A bus and tram guide would be handy as city centre is trams and buses only

Great communication and comfortable stay. The hotel has no reception but the communication prior to the stay and during was fabulous. Clear instructions for the key and great location. The property also had an poster promoting Moon taxis so we downloaded the app and used them all the time during our stay. They were excellent! Easy car parking and the port where the Britannia Yacht is was within 20 mins walking distance. The park opposite was lovely too!

Just other people banging the outside door (but maybe a little sign might help for future guests.) It wouldn’t stop us staying again though.

The second bed was behind a partial wall, and provided everyone with more privacy. Also appreciated the coffee service and soap dispenser in the shower. Hotel is just across the street from a great park - highly recommended, not only for families. Very easy self check in /out - just follow instructions in the email. Good bus connection to centre (fast and cheap)

Tv had very poor reception (basement room). Also, although the large bathroom window was frosted, I still felt quite conscious, showering after dark, with light on. This hotel has self check in / out, so you don't get to meet your host - if you're looking to meet people or socialise, it is not your first choice.

We have been on a big room with 3 single bed and 1 double. The mattress are really comfortable and the room is clean and tidy. They have a small fridge, kettle, hairdryer and an iron. As well you have coffee and tea to help yourself. The checking is really easy, they explain every thing by email and they are aware to know if everything is alright. Definitely if I go back to Edinburgh this hotel is on my bucket list.

Every thing was good maybe Is a little far from the center but has a really good connections by bus only a few minutes and walking around 20 minutes. We took the Day ticket is only 5 punds and we travel around Edinburgh.

Quiet surroundings. Located 20+ mins (by bus) from Old n New towns, and close (3 mins walk) to bus stops. Semi firm beds but we both slept really well and awoke feeling refreshed. Good shower and supply of towels. Initially the room didn't look particularly appealing but was surprisingly comfortable and met all our needs. We recommend.

Very thin 1 ply toilet paper. Tiny fridge kept icing up and semi froze half of our supplies but once flawed our food was usable.

The quality-price ratio was ok. The room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh.

The fact that they advised free wifi, but that is not true. On Saturday, they said the router needed to be reset and is no one on site. On Sunday evening, when we came back to the property, I wrote a message and replied, was that they are sorry about the inconvenience. I recommend that you should not advertise something which you do not offer.

Nice location for restaurants and shopping.

Our room was a converted shed in the car park, it was not in the main house. It was an OK room, but it certainly wasn't what I expected it to be. As a result, the WiFi was useless as the signal was very weak. No staff on site for anything, cleaner spoke pretty much no English at all, but was very polite and we had to resort to Google translate for a simple question.

It was nice enough. Small, but that's what I expected. They have bigger rooms, but I didn't need much space. Parking was good around the back of the hotel. It's a city, so parking is a premium and not always available out front.

Had trouble opening the main door following the instructions. Luckily someone else let me in, then I had to let someone else in who couldn't get in following the instructions. I'm sure this will be sorted by now.

A great family room in a good location just a short bus ride from Edinburgh.

The bin was emptied in the room when we were out during the day but no other cleaning done and they did not check the bathroom as we had no toilet paper. The TV did not work properly. These were small things. On the whole, it was a good stay in Edinburgh.
