Staff where completely faultless, I really hope management appreciates how valuable they are to guests experience and the hotel. Breakfast is done well from a menu and i’d give it a 3.5 out of 5, the restaurant menu is where it lets the place down with a lack of options and prices that are un-enticing, how ever, the bar menu was sufficient and very reasonably priced, I’d also give the bar menu a respectable 3.5. The spa was clean, the relaxation room was nice, l would even go as far to say the pictures in the booking app do it no justice as the whole spa is definitely much nicer in person, I’d give the spa a 4.7 out of 5 and 5 for value, it has everything you would need and want.

The only small downside was the the bedroom was difficult to cool and l like to sleep in a cold room well rapped up.

Great place to stay at and ideally located for the London Golf Club if which I visited the following day - rooms were very clean staff and the food was excellent and would reccommend a stay over at anytime plus the breakfast was fantastic

Only thing was a let down (not associated with the hotel) but is advertised as the annex which is the swimming pool and spa and it needs a total overhaul plus a few things updating or fixing that were not working whilst I used them.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and focused on customer care. There was obviously a strong culture of customer care around the whole of the hotel - they could not do enough to make our stay perfect

The shower in the bathroom could have been better - I could only get tepid water. That might have been my not being able to use it effectively, of course!

The breakfast was lovely. Staff courteous and attentive and friendly. Spa also very good and relaxing.

It was a shame but not the hotel fault. My husband has slight mobility problems so the stairs to the second floor were a bit daunting but still it made him try! He did and didn’t complain.🤗

Staff were very helpful and professional, room was large and spa facility's excellent. the meals we had there were very good and even though there was a wedding reception on the Saturday night the noise level in the room was minimal. Spa was excellent just wish we had a little more time to use more of it.

Price was a little high due to local event, The room was very big and comfortable but a little dated. no USB charging points which we all need these days and very simple to provide. Having a good sized bathroom was very nice but there was no usable shelf space for two peoples toiletry's. Just miner things, all in all a good room.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service we received on a recent visit to the Brandshatch Hotel at the end of August. My wife and I booked in for a much-needed getaway and were greeted with a very polite and friendly receptionist. Unfortunately we had to report an issue with the bath tap in our room which needed attention as the flow was nothing more than a dribble. However, the receptionist could not have been more helpful, apologetic and kind. She was quick to relocate us and could not do enough to ensure our experience was a positive one. The restaurant staff were impeccably polite and we were made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, along with the catering for my wife, who is a coeliac. We have nothing but praise for the staff at the hotel, especially the receptionist who must be commended for her clear commitment to providing exemplary customer service. As a result, we will definitely be returning to the hotel and have highly recommended it to all our family and friends.

The staff make this property! Whilst the hotel is lovely, all of the staff were friendly, chatty, went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional and would be a reason to return. Spa treatments were fabulous, the food in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The rooms were very comfortable. Had a great stay.

We were the only people at dinner and got forgotten by the staff for over an hour at the end of our meal. When raised with the staff the next morning they were very apologetic and gave us a glass of champagne each to make up for it which was a nice touch.

Despite my dislikes listed it was still an enjoyable stay. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming including one member of staff that we bumped in to when trying to find our way around the spa area who not only made sure we found what we wanted but gave us an impromptu tour of all the facilities.

Some parts of the property are showing its age, leaky shower, some tatty furniture and decor that could do with repair and/or updating and a room door that was difficult to close without making quite a bit of noise and potentially disturbing other guests.

The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is splendid, a good selection, served well and quickly, with plenty of tea and juice. We also ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and this did not disappoint, the hotel clearly has a good chef. We booked spa treatments, used the pool and the fantastic terrace lounge with comfortable outside furniture, a lovely secluded spot ideal for sun bathing. The waiter service in the lounge is very efficient and a very nice terrace to sit on a warm evening.

There was a problem with noise from a wedding party in the corridor on the last night but I am not letting that spoil what was a wonderful 5 night stay.

The staff here are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Good location and easy to find. Use of the Spa is an added bonus. The evening meal was excellent.

The shower was too low, but the water was hot and pressure was great.
