Great communication from the point of booking. David, the owner, was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The room was spotless and comfortable with lots of facilities and the breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more, I would thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Parking would have been nice but there’s a large car park directly behind the property. This is no reflection on the B&B though and I knew there’s no parking when I booked it so I’m just being picky really.

Tania and David were very inviting during our stay at Pinfold house. The room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities, which were topped up daily and fresh bottled water provided. Breakfast was excellent with cereal, toast and full English breakfast available. Pinfold House is in a great location close to Richmond centre. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We liked everything about Pinfold House, the only thing that would make the facilities better would be if a mirror could be located near a plug socket, it would make things easier when getting ready to go out.

Location excellent, car park at the rear of the property very reasonable, hosts friendly, breakfast was very nice.

Tap in bathroom too high up and water overshot the sink. Unable to see myself in the mirror in bathroom (for doing my makeup). I am only 5 ft 1inches, the mirror has a large rim and due to height I couldn’t actually see in it. These are minor observations and wouldn’t stop me from re-booking.

We enjoyed our stay at Pinfold house in room 2 which faces the road and the comfortable double room was pleasant and with a compact modern and well laid out private ensuite comprising a wash basin. shower and toilet. The breakfast was excellent. The house which is well located some 400 yards from the town centre has a public carpark immediately behind and it is possible to access the property directly from the car park through the rear gate and walk round the building to the front door. Tip - The car park carries over any excess time to the following day so when you arrive consider buying a ticket to cover the remaining time in the afternoon plus the time required the following morning with one ticket as this is the most economic or way of doing it.

Hosts Tania and David are lovely. The delicious breakfast included homemade fresh fruit salad! Pinfold House is a five minute walk from The Georgian Theatre.

Parking is in a municipal lot with direct access to Pinfold House. Free parking from 18.00 to 08.00 means having to go out and buy a new ticket if you need to stay past 8 a.m.

Tania and David were very welcoming, and the room though a little small was well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. All in all, I would recommend Pinfold House

The breakfast was nice but lacking would have liked the offer of black pudding or hash browns and maybe some individual yogurts.

I had the full English and the Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast - both were very good. No issues with service. The owners went the extra mile when I couldn't remember where I had parked my car and drove around the area until I found it.

Didn't know the area, so for me easier / doorstep initial car parking facility would have helped. But by the time I familiarised myself it wasn't an issue to be fair.

Served our purpose for a bed to visit local friends. Extremely clean and excellent breakfast. Parking in car park behind was convenient and cheap

Room quite small No chair to sit on. However bathroom seemed very new.

Location brilliant. Room small but really comfy bed and drink facilities with tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Breakfast was nice. Choosing the night before with time to eat was no problem.. We went down a bit early which was fine with the lady. She was pleasant. Gentleman who met us was helpful, gave us directions to centre as we were early for check in. Only 5min walk to centre. Car park behind at £4.50 really handy. Little Gate from car park to get to Pinfold. Good value for money.

Little tired and dated decor. Very quiet at breakfast...a radio would give a better ambience. Apart from that no issues.

Our hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, kindly accommodating our check-in time and luggage storage as we were travelling without a car. All of the facilities in the property were exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The double room we were staying in had a new bathroom with a rain shower, and a sizeable, comfortable double bed. There was ample storage room for our belongings too. The cooked breakfasts included in the room price were delicious! You could choose from an extensive breakfast menu, with the option of having your flasks filled with tea or coffee if you were heading out for a hike too. The property itself was a barely five minute walk from the town centre, and was located next to a car park which would be convenient for travellers. The location itself was very quiet despite being so central to the town square. We would very happily stay here again, and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

There wasn't anything which could have been improved about our stay.
