It was lovely to have our cooked breakfast served to the table and it was only an extra£5 to have breakfast served in the room. We ate at the bistro on our first evening as the menu suited our young granddaughter better but it was nothing to write home about and was quite pricey. We enjoyed the afternoon tea served in the hotel lounge, quite reasonable

We were asked if we’d like to book the cruise and dine departing from the lakeside. Just the older two members went for this. A bit of a fiasco. They had not only overbooked but the cruise was held up as we waited for staff to check off 4 people who came on the wrong evening. By the time we were seated we had had to watch the 4 people being evicted and pass us by at the exit as we took over their still warm places and have starters supplied as they’d already started to tuck in. Embarrassing and didn’t make for a pleasant experience.

Our favourite swanky hotel. Beautiful setting and surroundings no matter the weather. The staff are very welcoming and always pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We got a lovely room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The spa and pool facilities are good and helped us to work up an appetite for our evening meal. Cocktails in the Watergate Bar before we ate in the Cellar Bistro. The food as always was first class as are the waiting staff. Eventually returning to our suite for a peaceful nights rest and waking up to stunning views across the Fermanagh Lakes. Fabulous breakfast before our return journey home. What’s not to like ?!!!

Zero.

The hotel is really beautiful. Lovely decor. Nice seating area outside for drinks was very nice on a summers evening. Really nice interiors. Room was nice too. I had a lovely massage in the spa. We used the outdoor hot tub first thing in the morning and had the place to ourselves. Really nice relaxing stay. I would stay again. Breakfast was really good as well.

The room was looking over the back yard so no view. The window was draped over so know one could see in. And there was a noise at night time sounded like a generator going which did annoy me to be honest. If I was staying again I would just make sure I didn’t have a back bedroom like this one. Made the mistake of not dinning in the main hotel restaurant. We had dinner in The cellar bar and it was full of screaming kids. I think it’s because it was a cellar the noise just was echoed. So just wouldn’t recommend it if you are wanting a break from children. It was soo loud and nosey and I have kids I understand but when you on a couple night away not ideal. The food was just ok in bar. Breakfast was better in main restaurant. My husband a plain eater so was fine for him.

The breakfast is splendid. The location is wonderful with brilliant views over the lough & islands. We had a 'fine dining' evening and also dined in the bistro - both were really excellent, thank you. The swimming pool and spa were also great - and very clean. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. A great stay.

Our room was on the side of the building over looking the delivery yard and there was some noise from there during deliveries.

Great place to stay especially for relaxing. Spa and pool was lovely and quite, staff 100% couldn't ask for better so friendly. Location to do things in ennikillen is very limited we didn't know what to do we did hire out the boat at the hotel which is £80 for half a day which is a good experience. Hotel was beautiful lovely atmosphere about it grounds beautiful also great for a relaxing weekend away. Tv in the bathroom to 😅 bed ohh myy heaven sooo comfy. Recommend 100%

All restaurants have limited menu for a choice. You've fine dining fancy food of course then a place to have drinks or tea coffee scones etc then a bistro but again menu limited to just burgers steak and curry nothing exciting if we had steak for me and the husband the bill would of been £70 plus not including drinks either. We left and went down the town for dinner on both nights couldn't find a nice restaurant apart from alot of bars, but granny annie's I would recommend :) beautiful food.

The property was amazing, so much to see and do and the staff where fantastic. The lady that served us in the restaurant downstairs was such a joy to chat with and recommend a lot to do and try. And the guy in the bar was an amazing cocktail maker!! I got him to make me a random cocktail he asked me a few questions about what my likes and dislikes were with drinks and he made the most fantastic and best cocktail I have ever tried!!! Definitely wanted to bring him home hahahaha. All and all I would 100% come back for the food the drinks the rooms and just for everything this place has to offer! 💜

The one thing that I did not like was the wifi. Downstairs in the bars and restaurants it was fine and working well but as soon as I got upstairs into my room the wifi would not work at all. And 3G and 4g coverage was very very poor in the area.

Our room was excellent - lovely view of the lake and a beautiful room. I loved breakfast and our evening meal in the Cellar Bar was excellent. Service was a little slow in the Cellar Bar but I think it was short-staffed.

The female changing rooms in the spa and pool area was not very clean. The outside of the pool area was very slippy with excess water - which is understandable with a swimming pool. However, I felt the staff could have been mopping up the area a little more regularly. Again I think this was a staffing issue.

The location, the building itself, the dining and above all, the staff were exceptional. We stayed for a surprise visit for my mother’s 80th birthday and I can honestly say, we have never, in any hotel in the world, stayed anywhere where there have been more helpful, attentive and pro active staff across the board. Staff were in on the surprise and were contacting me in advance of our arrival to check on details and offer us various options to help make out stay even more special. I cannot recommend this venue more! Thank you so, so much for making our stay unforgettable.

room service ceased serving food at 8.30pm -our tiny gripe about the entire stay.

From start to finish, this is one of the best places we have stayed in Northern Ireland. The room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting with ample parking and well worth a visit. We had our room upgraded through Booking.com and at a great price, breakfast was great and catered well for gluten free which, sets it apart from many other hotels. It is very close to Enniskillen which has plenty to do but you can also relax at the hotel and the surroundings.

The only thing we didn't like was not being able to book a table for dinner in the evening, it was a waiting list and was very busy so we did wait a long time for a table. Food was brilliant so worth the wait and I guess can't be helped when the hotel is fully booked

Stayed for my Parnters 30th Birthday, Staff were incredibly pleasant. Hotel was immaculate. Beds & seating were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was top quality. Lakeside view is beautiful. Hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. I have stayed in many hotels but this place was something else. Absolutely beautiful inside & out. Vintage look inside hotel but very modern rooms. Would 100% recommend to friends & family. I cannot fault this place in any way shape or form. My parnter & I has such an amazing few days staying in this hotel. I have tried to think of a flaw. I can't. Very impresssed with this hotel.

Absolutely nothing. This place was fantastic!!
