Absolutely everything we could need for a comfortable stay A warm and informative welcome from reception Our room had a generous size bathroom with a great large shower Comfy double bed, tea/coffee tray, fridge with bottled water We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed everything about our meal, including super efficient, friendly waiting staff A first class cooked breakfast and again very helpful waiting staff Couldn't fault anything

The hotel doesn't look very appealing from the outside, which definitely doesn't reflect on the inside

We stayed in the new motel annex and there was one towel so had to sort out more.then went to make a cup of tea only to discover there's no tea making facilities in the room but a tea/coffee machine outside the room which had NO CUPS and the reception response was to walk over to the main part and get coffee from the restaurant. Less than ideal so for that and that only, is the reason I've marked it down as I've stayed here several times and would definitely stay again

The staff were superb especially Brandon. The breakfast was one of the best we have had staying anywhere. Overall a 10 although we scored an right due to reasons below.

A sectarian remark was made by one resident in the residents bar on Saturday night which soured our experience. No room for this behaviour in today's society, especially from a man of his age.!!!!! Very 😠

Staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly! we’re given a free upgrade to the suite. which was beautiful! breakfast was nice extremely close to town so everything is walking distance

The suite is in a little disrepair… the headboard is pealing and leaving little black bits over the pillows… walls are a little dirty in places too… no Air con meant that in that heat this weekend the rooms were like a sauna

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. I did book breakfast but in the event went out to meet family members for breakfast in town. I did not experience any other facilities but based on the room alone I would recommend this hotel to others

The room had no tea and coffee making facilities as there was a large coffee machine situated right outside the room. Whilst I understand the convenience it did of course necessitate getting dressed to fetch a coffee. It was also very noisy and disturbing when others were making coffee in the early hours

Breakfast was excellent, both choice and service. I always like fish but it’s unusual to get it. Not having self service was a real luxury! Also the beds are very comfortable and the room is very quiet so we had an amazing sleep! The hotel was very accommodating about bikes too.

No lunch available. Also need a small bar area separate from the restaurant.

Staff were excellent. Very accomodating and helpful. Particularly Joey, the chef who went the extra mile to provide great food for our friends. And the young dark haired man who helped two mature ladies from Dublin. Thank you very much.

Perhaps tea and coffee making facilities in room itself. Was, however, available in a common area.

The heating was not working in the en suit the whole time I was there also the second day the heating in the room was not working

On our arrival the receptionist was absolutely lovely, very warm, welcoming and informative. We booked a table in Wilde's, hotel restaurant. The food was amazing very tasty and the slow cooked beef! Wow! Our server was lovely, informed me about the beautiful Rosé I was drinking which is yummy. As a birthday treat they did not charge for my wine or our side. Breakfast is amazing and quick service.
