This was a great place to stay on the edge of Enniskillen. The bed and whole bedroom was beautifully comfortable with a pleasant view out the back. It was very clean, modern and new but also cosy too. The optional breakfast consisted of delicious croissants and pastries as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast which were thoughtfully left out in the kitchen for each room. There were two or three places you could then choose to eat it, which made an interesting change from a traditional breakfast room. Denise was very helpful and hospitable and she's clearly taken a lot of care over the house to make it a lovely place to stay.

Our stay at Ashwood House was good. Denise was the perfect host, very knowledgeable about the area, places to go and where to eat. Room was lovely and a good size. The continental breakfast was well worth the money and lovely to eat outside on the balcony. It was nice to stay just outside of Enniskillen and an easy drive into it. There was a Spar and petrol station just down the road.

As a tea freak didn’t like not having tea making facilities in the room. The property has a small kitchenette but had to queue while the other guests made their Breakfast first. We had a front room but had to keep the windows shut as the noise from the road.

Denise and Philip over exceeded our expectations, The meticulous and intricate details that went into a pleasurable stay!! The breakfast fresh fruit,Yogurt,cereals,toast,milk,coffee,tea,pastries,juice, Denise also made sure i had all the information for my trip ...taxi,places to eat,directions. The room was beautiful 😍 loved the shower and the bedroom it was so perfect....it was an anniversary for me and my partner i wanted some special requirements added to the room and denise did not disappoint....Hidden Gem both Denise and Philip.....Thanks for everything Ashwood!!! We shall return😉

Outstanding breakfast, more than you could eat. Delicious, very fresh fruit. We loved the little nook where we could enjoy breakfast all by ourselves while gazing out at the extensive garden, and fields opposite. The use of the kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher and even washing machine was very convenient. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They were always available. Location very peaceful, with a country feel, yet only a few minutes’ drive from Enniskillen. Other shops and cafes nearer still.

Nothing! (Except perhaps a wee basket on the shower wall for toiletries!)

Great welcome , very friendly and efficient owners willing to help with any questions or information needed , could not ask for better without a doubt one of the best places I've been to stay at, whole place was spotless, offer of food and any info regarding local places to eat to visit or get a delivery, lovely garden style balcony to sit outside,, also far enough out of the town for peace and quiet, but like five minutes up the road if you want to go to the town, and again lovely hosts and so very friendly , And Thank you again for a fantastic stay Denise and Phil , I will definitely be back 👍👋

Denise was a fantastic host, incredibly accommodating. The room and facilities far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, and in total the stay was flawless. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure if free Wifi was provided (I was only at the accommodation for a short stay) but if it was then I didn't spot the password in the room. Again - it wasn't critical for my short stay, and I would have simply asked Denise if it was a longer stay.

We liked everything about Ashwoods House! Its peaceful location made it the perfect getaway for a relaxing break, yet local attractions and the town centre were just minutes away by car. The rooms were tastefully and opulently decorated and spotlessly clean. The shared kitchen with a range of amenities was an added bonus. Staff were most friendly and generous, and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

This is a lovely place to stay. It's very stylish. I think the owner must be an interior desginer. The room was spotless. WIFI was good. The bed was enormus and confortable. Although I could have done without all the extra cushions. The shower was good as well. There was a seperate area which contained a cupboard for each room. In it were cups, plates, tea, coffee and sugar. There was cutlery for each room in sealed bags! As far as COVID mitigation measures go. This was top notch! There was a kettle, toaster and microwave for guests use. In the fridge there were seperate bottles of fresh milk for each room. I thought this was a particulary nice touch as most places give you that awful UHT milk. In terms of extras, there were many and are a credit to the owners. The B&B is about 5 mins from the outskirts of Enniskillen and is surrounded by fields. Apart from the odd cow mooing and a car passing by. It was very quiet.

The sign for the B&B was missing. So it was hard to know if it was the right place. A new one was being made apparently. The bathroon tiles were cold in the morning.

The warmest of welcomes Denise could not do enough to make me welcome and make sure I had everything I needed. So helpful with advice about the area and what to do. The Continental breakfast was a great start to the day, fresh fruit and fresh bakery. The rooms and facilities are exceptional. Great stay I would certainly return and recommend to friends.

Our stay at Ashwood House was excellent. Denise was the perfect host, she was working around our schedule, gave us some great recommendations and overall was really helpful and very easy to communicate with. Our room was equipped with all necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. Location is great if you are looking to explore the area, very quick commute to Caves and Enniskillen town. We will definitely stay again.
