From checking in and to checking out all was perfect, we are a large family on a tight budget and we fully enjoyed our time. All staff ! Were kind and helpful , food was absolutely amazing in the bar dinner section, able to see clearly for allergies and felt very comfortable. I would be happy to return and I would come back as a couple or a family, lovely high street near by and beach a short walk, although a hill is involved taking your time helps. Arcades, shops, beach and restaurants all sorts of activities

About the hotel I can NOT find a fault Of the area, the one hill haha

The staff were really nice - Beccy on Reception, Kelly in the bar, the waiter and chef in the restaurant. All friendly and cheerful. Dogs accepted in some rooms. Location - near to beach, pier, shops (great bookshop), cafes and restaurants. Great carvery on some days.

Paying £15 for one night stay for my miniature-size non-moulting dog. He has stayed 12 times previously, with no complaints about him.

An excellent location for our stay in Felixstowe. The staff were generally very efficient. The room was an excellent size and well equipped. Value for money was very good.

One or two elements in the room needed work. The toilet flush was below par. But the main issue was that the room was right over the bar. Wednesday and Thursday were OK as the bar seemed to shut by 11. But Friday the noise was very intrusive and continued until 12.30am. Even in the afternoon it was enough to prevent an afternoon nap.

Nice twin room with comfortable beds. Spacious as it was an adapted room. Nice fluffy towels provided. Nice view of the garden. Quiet area. The dining area, reception, and the outside seating area looked very nice. Easy to park on the front of the hotel. You only have a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Nothing! It is a nice hotel, which is reasonably priced in a good location. I did not eat there, so I can not comment on the standard of the food.

We had a nice family room (101) on the ground floor, although we had a sofabed instead of the single I'd half-expected. for our grandson it was fine, although for an older child it might not have been so good. Good shower, big tv, but slightly challenging light switching - ok once mastered! Location is two streets back from the seafront, and about 200 yards from town shops, so very convenient, and parking directly outside.

Bathroom extractor fan very noisy, even with the door shut, although thankfully not on a long timer! An axial fan would be much much nicer. Cooked breakfast (waitress served) pretty generous. We had bar snack (fish & chips) one evening, and that was fine too. Nice touch was that sparkling water for grandson was free of charge!

Breakfast service was good and the choice of pastries and hot food was lovely and good for the money.

It was quiet so the restaurant wasn't actually open and there was a limited menu which we ate in the bar area. The room was a bit dated but comfortable and the bathroom was basic with a shower in the bath as opposed to a separate shower cubicle and there wasn't a lot of shelving to put your toiletries out.

Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Good value.

Extended and verified I can stay in the same room. Sure enough people walked into my room, at a most inopportune time. I explained this is my room, but they returned to enter 3 times with hotel staff. They really need to get they booking system sorted out or their staff trained. Also there is no heating in the bathroom, and in February it served as a walk-in fridge for my food. Though I admit I'm not very accustomed to European winters or sub 20C temperatures.

Excellent breakfast served up by friendly extremely efficient waitress. The location of the hotel was close to shops and seafront yet in a quiet residential road.

The decor was exceptional and the rooms huge, but it was only let down very slightly by minor details such as one curtain needed attention and two areas of damage near window had been repaired with plaster but not sanded and painted. Other than that it deserves 10 out of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant staff. Evening meals were taken in the bar which worked well. Good quality food. Breakfast was excellent- hot and nicely served. Room and bathroom were average but perfectly acceptable. Bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. Wifi worked well.

Carpet looked a bit dated, A couple of extra electrical sockets would have been appreciated. Toilet seat had to be persuaded to stay up but we are scratching around here. I would use the hotel again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to the sea front and gardens, also near to the town. The hotel was clean and the restaurant and entrance foyer were very attractive. The food was good, a wide range of breakfast choices and both the bar food and restaurant meal we had were very tasty.

Our bedroom was clean, but had worn paintwork in places, net curtains were slightly tatty and the bathroom fan was very noisy. At times it was a bit noisy repeated sound of doors opening and closing and some noise from a machine running nearby.
