Brilliant location for travelers that do not have a car. Train and bus stations a few minutes walk away as is a major supermarket. Beach is close by to. Room was well presented and very Clean. Good selection at breakfast, all cooked to order. Hosts friendly and welcoming andvery clued up about local areas. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the accommodation.

Like most places patience was needed with the shower. There wasn't any information about the guest house visible in my room. No decaf tea or coffee either although a good selection of herbal availablel at breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of Filey, making it easy to get around. The owners was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The parking situation was a bit difficult to navigate, and I think it would be helpful if you could provide more information about parking options and rates. The local overstay is expensive so any support would be beneficial to reduce costs.

Great location, Peter the host was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean & nicely decorated. Plenty of tea, coffee and Milk available. Bathroom was a little small but functional. No parking but a 24 hour car park just opposite. Would stay their again.

Nothing all was good. Everything was in order and was very welcoming. Peter the host was chatty and we had a great laugh with him. It is on a main road so their is road noise, but the double glazing works great and the road is quiet at night.

Conveniently located from the train station and easy to find. Opposite a Tescos so handy to get food and drinks. Owner friendly and there is a relaxed feel in the place. He was respectful to guests and their personal space and it was nice not to be bombarded with a million questions on arrival. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Lots of storage to unpack items. Kettle and selection of tea/coffee etc. Hairdryer in the drawer. No noise at night and got fantastic good quality sleep. Would absolutely recommend!

It took a while to get the hot/cold water mix in the shower just right, but once achieved it all worked fine. Would be great to have more access to plug sockets in the room, only ones I could find were a stretch down the side of the bed. Slightly earlier breakfast times for guests.

Absolutely loved this guest house! What a gem to find. The property is in an excellent position to access everything; beach, town centre, public transport etc. But by far is the feel of the place itself & that has to be credited to the fantastic hosts Lisa & Peter who have really injected that homely feel into it. It's very clean with a lovely light decor throughout. The rooms are very cosy & quiet & the bed was amazingly comfy. Breakfast was excellent & the hosts eally couldn't be more friendly & accommodating. I would highly recommend & can't wait to have opportunity to return.

There was nothing to not like. Location of the property doesn't allow for on site parking but there are streets within meters where you can park free of charge.

Had a lovely family hoilday at the daffodil guest house. Very quiet, and comfortable. Lovely cosy room with a great ceiling fan to if it gets to hot. Fantastic location for town and the beach, everything in great walking distance. The kids loved it and especially Peter the host who is extremely lovley, very chatty and helpful. And a fabulous breakfast. I highly recommend daffodil guest house, great location, quiet and great value for money 😊

Superb B&B, lovely room, very friendly, nothing was any trouble, breakfast was perfect. Very dog friendly, as much a holiday for her as it was for us. Would highly recommend 👌

The location was spot on not far from the centre The staff was lovely and made us feel very welcome The room was very clean and bed was so comfy Breakfast was filling and nicely cooked The staff also told us where everything was that we could need While we stayed there

The traffic on road was a little bit noisy but nothing that could be Helped with and the fire alarm light in the corridor that helped me Stay awake a little longer then I thought but again nothing that can Be done to stop it

Perfectly located - directly opposite Tesco's & the bus station, where you can travel at regular intervals to Bridlington, Scarborough & get connecting buses to Whitby, Leeds, York & Middlesborough. It's also within a 'very short' walking distance to town, with numerous restaurants, cafe's, takeways, coffee shops, pubs, chemists, library, post office & much more, including a prestine beach, & well maintained park & garden's.

I can honestly say I did not dislike one single thing about Filey, my accommodation or anything else.

Lovely hosts, very accommodating and kept my suitcase for me on my last day so I didn't have to drag it round with me. Cooked breakfast was also lovely and plenty of continental choice. Room was very clean and tea tray had plenty of everything. I loved the sky light in my room and had 2 clear nights to see the stars from where I was (perfect). Close to all amenities and so easy to get to the country park and strain/bus station. Sea front/shops only about a 10 minute walk away so perfect location.

Bed was a little hard and creaky for me, but still had a good night's sleep.
