Great location for the scope of our visit..daughter competing in bmx world championships...subway Station close by was great for trip to city centre. Next to M8 motorway, so perfect for travelling further afield. Hotel has a bar and restaurant, so convenient if time is short to eat out.

Bathroom was OK, but seemed to remain damp, even though extractor fan came on when light switched on. Bottom of door grounded on the floor, so difficult to close. On first entry, found there was no toilet paper and hand soap dispenser almost empty. Satisfactorily resolved with reception arranging housekeeping team to attend.

Great sized rooms, friendly staff, good location, great price.

The food. We ate in the hotel one night evening and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also superb although in less busy periods, things were not replenished in the buffet. Our bed, although small was comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one staff member, when we left, was quite surly but still helpful. It just seemed like she would rather not have. There was one cleaner around the lobby area who was extremely bright and cheerful and said hello every time we passed her.

We found a dirty rag behind a bed & a men’s hat had been left behind on the floor. We were there 4 nights and toiletries and towels were not replenished at all. It gave the impression that it was running on minimum staff. It was good but has the potential to be great but a lack of staff really undermines it.

Everything apart from the light switch in my room for bathroom and shower head and drain cover there was mould limescale whatever it was and hairs found in sink and sheets ripped on bed aswell it was disgusting it was reported and nothing done about it until we left I was in room 255 for reference it was reported the day we arrived and were told it would be looked at on the Friday being 28th october as we had booked for 2 nights to say I'm disappointed our room wasn't even looked at is very disappointing and would think twice about booking here again as that surely is poor customer service the fact we had to report again when checking out doesn't say a lot about your value of customers to your company not very happy and your bar staff were non exsistant on the Thursday night had to wait ten minutes to be served as a paying guest totally unacceptable.

Every member of staff we encountered was way above nice; they all interacted with us as if we stayed there every week for the past 10 years! So friendly, helpful, efficient and well presented. The breakfast was excellent too; great selection, great choice, catered for dietary needs and fussy eaters! The room was a adequate considering we had 3 beds and 3 dogs!

The standard of cleanliness wasn't quite up to an acceptable standard, but my issues were immediately resolved and my concerns taken with understanding

Room was plenty big enough even though there was an extra single bed as well as a double. Shower is excellent. Breakfast on the Friday was off a menu and if I am going to complain was cold but the breakfasts on the Sat and Sunday were buffet style and was lovely and hot. Just a bit slow replacing bread and hot food items but all in all good value. As we know Glasgow well the location for us is prefect just a short hop on the subway into the city centre/train station and also right next to Ibrox for any Rangers fans.

The staff was very nice and professional when I asked for directions to get to the venue. I also like that I could book for an extra hour in the room as my taxi was picking me up at 12 noon , also when I went down in the morning to ask if I could book for breakfast they were polite and there was no problem with my short notice. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the cooked breakfast but was disappointed that there was no marmalade although I did try the honey which was nice .

The door to the room was very heavy to push open. For me anyway.

Great stay very close to Ibrox stadium which was the main purpose of our stay. Definitely the best hotel to book for a Rangers home game. Staff although a little overworked were very attentive. Nice meal on the Saturday night although menu a little basic.

Was a bit of an issue at check in - initially only one of our two rooms was ready which was fine as we were a little early. We were heading out and when we came back in the evening there seemed to have been a mix up with the second room as it appeared to have been allocated to someone else. We were standing at reception for about half an hour while it was resolved. Guy was apologetic but maybe a gesture such as an offer of a a free breakfast or discount on next stay would have been appropriate.

Having stayed before, I enjoy the location as it is close to access to get to Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc. The room is great and the staff are great as always. This time ended up staying for 4 nights and the only thing I would say was the fact that the menu at the restaurant was the same throughout the week, however, and having said that, the food was incredible.

Everything was ok from one thing.

one minor problem had a talk with staff at front desk got told nothing could be done coz maintenance people were off fair enough was only missing few light bulbs but if your paying for the room everything should be sorted am even after been told someone come check it no one did. But no apart from that was so good just a bit more helo would be good instead of getting told one thing then the next won't doubt the place was ok good for buses undergrounds food parks
