Many of the staff are stand outs. Chloe, Josh, teah, Matthew (night porter), Emma, Luigi, Stephanie, Chrissy, Jack (The other night porter but not sure of his name), as well as the young chap bar worker that is great with the tvs and remotes:).

Cant tip staff via room number or card payments. Response to enquiries via reception not always answered or followed up with despite best intentions of staff. Would like to know more about the history of the hotel and the grounds.

The hotel was just perfect. On checking in we were upgraded as the Classic Twin Room booked was not accessible for me to get to with my mobility scooter and this was very quickly changed for me, thanks to the lovely receptionist on the desk that afternoon, she went out of her way to help and the room was marvellous with plenty of room for my scooter and a wet room. Everything was easily accessible as I have limited mobility and use a mobility scooter. The location is beautiful with a wonderful relaxing garden to take advantage of. The food was wonderful all round. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want and was replenished very quickly so always fresh. Restaurant menu lovely aswell. Our afternoon tea we had booked was luscious. The Spa facilities very relaxing too. Plenty of parking including ample disabled parking bays. The staff were very helpful and friendly....those we managed to get the names of were Laura on the breakfast pass, Clare the chef, Ethan the breakfast waiter and Ashley the waitress in the restaurant and a lovely young lady on the bar both evenings :) All in all the whole stay was wonderful, I would definitely come back and also recommend to others.....we had a great time.

N/A. Everything was perfect and everyone went that extra mile to help and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The spa access was very accessible and staff very helpful with anything needed. The Roman theme is very effective. There was only one thing I had a bit of an issue with and that was the shower faucet handle as it was rather stiff to use. Just needs a bit of WD40 maybe and would be ok....this was in Room 81, but was the only thing to mention as it is an accessible room, just needs a bit of attention that's all.

The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious and so comfy. Bar prices were a little extortionate, and expensive dinner but actually very very good. Each dish cooked from scratch and very good. The only thing I didn’t expect was a 45 min cap on kids pool time which was not advertised anywhere until I got there. Apart from that, a wonderful short break and worth th money. Also, booking direct is actually cheaper. Had a massage from lady called amina who was wonderful, and gave a lovely end to my stay

The pool staff and rules. Slightly abrupt and kindly told me on a number of occasions that they were a separate company to the hotel.

The cleanliness very quiet everything In order lots of tissues towel the shower was easy to turn on the breakfast was very hot it tastes lovely congrats to the chef and everyone who played a part, lots of fruit was provided the children could have something healthy to eat and also the adult u did not have to wait for some thing u ask for, one thing I think u could look at is the checking as some times u travel from far and have a big day the next day ir the same day u would have like to check in out your stuff away so when u return u can get straight to your room to settle down for the next day, sorry if am over stepping my boundaries but I normally check into hotel with family for dance or swimming competitions

Having made a booking for dinner directly with the hotel reception 2 weeks before our stay I was not impressed when we arrived at the restaurant at the rebooked time to be told that they had no record of my booking.Luckily the restaurant was not busy or full so a table was found for us and we had an enjoyable meal with good service.Aparently “this often happens” which semis to be indicative of the problem I had getting to speak to someone when I called to make the dinner booking.

The room was absolutely AMAZING. Spacious, clean, great bathroom, beautiful decor, classy and well equipped. The hotel itself was excellent, well maintained from the toilets to the bar there wasn't a single thing to fault. Staff were the icing on the cake. Laura behind the bar was friendly polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Holly on reception was exceptional. She went above and beyond to facilitate an early check in for us, was informative and was incredibly forthcoming in offering help and advice. An absolute credit to the team. We will be back! Thank you!

Great wedding venue, the wedding ceremony was fantastic

I stayed for 2 nights and the lack of staff in the Garden Restaurant /Bar was shocking and embarrassing for staff members and guests. We used the restaurant on the first evening and after over an hour after a starter, the waitress asked if we would like to see the sweet menu, we hadn’t had our main meal at that stage. She was as shocked as we were! Having one member of staff behind the bar at busy times, especially when guests are arriving for weddings is ridiculous and unworkable. If I worked in the bar there I would have walked out!

Room was great value for money open bath in room seper dining area nice window view large bed shower everything needed huge room for the price was perfect and more leisure great decent size pool sauna steam room gym also i will visit again 💯

Nothing negative to say that's of any real issuse a fridge in room wud have been great on top of everything else so caint really complain as was a group of noisy stayers being noisey in the leisure pool area but staff did intervene more then once so thumbs up for the staff also

We had a really nice stay, beds very comfortable, gardens lovely for the children to run around, really nice breakfast.

There was a terrible smell in the lift area and outside our room, it smelt like sewage. It was so strong at times that it made me feel sick. It is a real shame as this is the only thing that would stop us from returning to this hotel.

The food was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were lovely and spacious. I asked for a disabled room and they had given me one as requested. They also very accommodating. I would stay again

The bathrooms we booked two rooms on different sites. Both had issues with the bathroom the shower didn't get warm, and was a struggle to lift my disabled Nana in the bathroom as it was slippery nothing added to support grip. Which as disabled this is a big issue otherwise would be ok. And in the other room the bathroom shower was crazy powerful and wouldn't stay still and the bath plug did not stay in so they could work on the bathrooms, but they are very accommodating would recommend just hotel could fix bathroom issues and one noisy heater that affected sleep.
