Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful host. Victoria Farm was an ideal location for this trip, and is exceptional value for money. Large bedroom, light and airy, clean, plenty of storage, huge comfortable bed, quiet location, peaceful night’s sleep. Bathroom was small, but functional, electric shower. Tea/coffee and fresh milk provided, kettle in room, some breakfast items provided in area and fridge in foyer (take your own bread etc for toast). Secure parking (code-security barrier). Super convenient for short stay. Easy access just off The Fosse Way. Definitely on the ‘return list’.

Some hooks in the bathroom for towels robes etc would be helpful.

The rooms were perfect for our purposes. There is an area to cook / reheat an evening meal, which was important to us. We'd taken our own food for supper , and having a fridge. toaster and microwave available were perfect . Milk was provided. The rooms were comfortable, I slept better here than at most hotels / B&Bs. It was quiet. I liked the fact that it was really good value for money, very sensible with regard to "kitchen" facilities available, no frills like shampoo/conditioner, and a price to reflect.

I hadn't read the details properly (totally my fault) and hadn't fully appreciated that breakfast was a selection of cereals and yoghurt left out in the "kitchen" area. We had some bread with us, and were able to make toast. And I hadn't realised there'd be no shampoo etc. There was hand soap and sanitiser. But actually this was my problem, as I hadn't read the details properly.

Pleasant check in, vehicle parked behind a coded barrier. Comfy first floor double room with ensuite, tea and coffee provided. Room was plenty warm enough and I found myself turning the radiator off. Offcially breakfast is not provided but there is a fridge and a microwave on the landing with choice of cereals and milk to get the day started. In terms of value for money it was spot on and I would stay again.

A few cobwebs in the corners. Property is closer to the A5 than I thought and whilst a bonus for some travellers there was some road noise unless the window was tightly shut.

I was greeted by the host and immediately felt a warm welcome to the property. There was lots of parking and the parking was secure. The room was extremely comfortable including all the bedding and the mattress. The heating was on which made going on that much better. Tea, Coffee and a small breakfast was provided. This was one of the cheaper places to stay in this area and it completely exceeded my expectations.

Nothing, everything was great!

Ideal location for the needs of my journey and warm welcome upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and the facilities were ideal for me. Quiet place with countryside views, perfect for my short stay.

Nothing to complain about. It was Ideal. Although there was no cooked breakfast option, there is a Garden Centre only 10mins down the road, which from 9:30am offer a great breakfast at a good price. So all in all, this was a great stay.

Lovely, quiet location, well kept building. Just off main road into tow so transport isn't an issue. Facilities are in places somewhat basic, which is only to be expected at a fairly traditional BnB, but all bases are covered to at least a reasonable standard, so the booking overall was excellent value for money. Additional touches like having a spare heater in the room were also very much appreciated, will definitely be booking again.

Wi-fi in my room was struggling to get through, other than that, no issues:)

Sarah gave a warm welcome. The bed was so comfy I slept later than intended. Great to have the self service cereals with fresh milk available. I would definitely return here. I loved the prints in my room and handy to have en-suite

The bathroom a little musty and carpet little dated but all clean. Shame I had problems with tv remote which Sarah sorted ✅ (but couldn’t get tv on in morning) Everything else so great that these are only little things

Lovely big room and good double glazing (it’s on busy toad) Good price and enjoyed the cereal for breakfast (not eaten it for years) - (full/continental breakfast not available) Would return and would recommend

It’s quite scary getting out the property - it’s a fast road! Would be good to have body wash in the shower (only hand wash by sink) Black mould in shower needs a bit of a scrub

I had a very warm welcome and felt at home. My room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the peaceful garden. The self serve breakfast bar with yoghurts, cereal etc and fridge was a real bonus. I slept really well and it was very quiet.

Nothing I really didn't like. The shower in my room was a bit cramped, although it worked perfectly well

Very spacious bedroom and an extremely comfortable bed. Loads of secure parking. Welcoming host.

Although cereal was available, more breakfast options would have been nice. There are no nearby eateries - around 10-15 minute drive, and then there are lots of options. The farm does provide some basic self-catering facilities.
