Love the location, views are amazing, lovely and peaceful up there. Beautiful property and surroundings. The Garden Room as its named is the part of the property we were staying in, was very cute with en suite, with fridge, and cereals and other breakfast items. There was milk and fruit juice in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The host was very nice lady who came to greet us. Plus its dog friendly with a fenced field for dogs to run in.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like as such. The only thing that I would have changed if I could was I'd have liked to have a sofa to relax on of an evening. We were in The Garden Room which is bed only with en suite. It wasn't particularly comfortable to sit on the bed all evening while watching TV and having a relaxing glass of wine. That's not to say I didn't enjoy our stay.

Despite being surrounded by properties, it was quiet, and the garden and views made sure you felt you were in the coastal countryside. The bed was comfortable, and the provision of a patio set for inside as well as outside with all the cutlery and crockery you need for any meal was a great added touch. It was also a surprise to find breakfast supplies and a fridge, which was very much appreciated.

For a longer stay or a stay with 2 adults as opposed to an adult and child, I feel the room would be too cramped. The towels were a little on the small size, and perhaps a better colour would be more inviting, but this would be nitpicking as the place is so lovely and quirky. It did not spoil the enjoyment.

The location was fantastic. Lovely views and very peaceful and quiet environment. The building and area around is also nice. We noticed that there are other types of accommodations in this property such as Pods in the garden, a cottage, and for bigger families, the main building itself, it also looks like there is a new wooden/glass lodge being built .

Room was on the small side. We had a medium size dog with us, and it was a bit tricky to move around the room, for those who have a larger breed dog, it would be a bit tight. Okay to stay for 1 or 2 nights in this room.

The room was very cosy, and the host was so nice to us. We had to unexpectedly change dates and she was very accommodating. We stayed both at the Tan Y Cytiau property and the pods on the same ground and we loved our experience - everything from facilities, to friendliness, cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The room really delivered on the garden view - I woke up every day immersed in the green and surrounded by birdsong. Absolutely amazing. We've just left but we cannot wait to come back! Water pressure in the shower

Absolutely everything. Location stunning with beautiful sunset at the lighthouse. Can be very windy, but that's to be expected due to location. Comfy bed, warm & cosy. Shower great. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, as was the complimentary breakfast. Handy fridge to keep milk, etc. fresh. Fabulous beaches nearby & just a drive from snowdon. The Garden Room exceeded our expectations after reading 'some' reviews. Nothing at all negative about this accommodation. Will certainly return.

Nothing really apart from not being able to stay longer!

A lovely little room in a most beautiful location. A lovely added touch that cereal, milk & fruit juice were left. The little fridge was a great little bonus too

We couldn't access the terrace as door was locked, tried the mobile number twice that was written on the notice on the wall and couldn't get through but as weather was a bit wet we weren't too bothered.

Me and my mum came here for a two night stay and it was so peaceful the room was lovely and we had everything we needed including the little extras you get like juice milk water and plenty of tea and coffee I would definitely recommend it here to friends and family the views down the road are amazing we loved it plenty of great restaurants near near by aswell

We stayed at the Coastal House and it is full of character. The location is perfect with amazing view. It's spacious and comfortable. Plenty of complimentary goodies. Adequate facilities for all 8 of us with ample back garden to enjoy. Paul the host is friendly and helpful. His tips to local sight seeing is spot on. There are plenty to see just a stone throw away. 10 min walk from the light house with ancient stone huts remains and great scenery paths around.10 min drive to the town or to Trearddur Bay. Plenty of decent restaurants within a 15min drive. We must admit the weather was nice and that made our stay even more exceptional. We will definitely be coming back.

The shower units are a bit tired and needs a little refurb. The bunk bed is a little noisy too :D

First of all, I congratulate the owner for providing a beautiful,tasteful and scenic holiday home. The suggestions given by former guests were treated seriously. The labels for the cutlery ( including plates) were done. The instructions for opening the indoor windows were permanently displayed. Most important of all, the electric heater provides consistent warm temperature for the whole room and I do not have to shiver in the cold ,winter nights.Truly a memorable and comfortable stay.

So far nothing yet

The Garden room was very small but that was the only downside. The bed was comfy with good quality bedding. There's a small fridge in the room and had bottles of water and orange juice in. Also plates and cutlery which was handy. There is a private outside area which would be lovely in summer. Property is very close to South Stack and lovely walks very close by.

The size of the room
