Check-in was very easy. In the room had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay including a hot water, kettle, and some coffee. Even a biscuit. They were decent toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels. A four minute walk from the train station, which was a seven minute ride to Heathrow.

I did not mind, but the room was quite small and you could not completely open up the bathroom door. Larger people might have problems with that. Weather was decent, but I did not notice any air conditioning. There was a fan supplied, which was a nice touch.

Great personnel, comfortable bed, fresh new bed linen and towels, full size toilet and walk-in shower with good hot and cold water. Good quality blind on the window, it's important for me to sleep in total darkness. Loads of good aspects for the solo salesman in transit, and price-wise great value, compared to the many neighbours catering for the nearby airport. Would have said top marks if not for one minor drawback

The room door may need some soundproofing, I stayed in the room right next to the stairs to the cellar bar, and on one night it was extremely busy and noisy till quite early in the morning.

Very helpful ahead of time when I called re parking Excellent staff - By far the friendliest staff I have experienced and I travel with work often. From check-in, to accessing my room through to breakfast and checkout. The breakfast was quick and tasted great, the team who cooked it and waited on me were great Big rooms, huge bed. Very good room.

The only aspect stopping a 10/10 was trying to sleep. I was in room 2 which I believe is by the door to the garden area and also en route to the kitchen. It was noisy until about half midnight. The room door need to be upgraded and made sound proof. The blinds could also be improved - Light still comes in from outside from lighting.

We liked the location as it was close to the tube stop. Check-in was straight forward and easy. The room was adequate and had what we needed for the 2 nights. I thought our room would be noisy because we were on the bottom floor and the window faced a busy street. I was surprised that it was relatively quiet, and we had a good night's sleep.

I think the room needed a table instead of the extra chair. We end up using the window ledge to store some small items.

Location was perfect for my needs. Did not avail myself of food or bar. Munsi and Gary, in particular were very friendly and helpful.

Discription of room size was a little vague. Would be useful to know which bus or tube station to exit at when entering Hounslow from airport. I exited at Hounslow east which meant a long walk. If I had exited at Hounslow Central it would have been only two city blocks. Putting these instructions in literature would be helpful

The spacious room and location. Quite despite being near the airport. A stones throw from the subway and shopping street. Great Indian cuisine between the subway and hotel. Full English breakfast served even though it was low season in April

We were three friends in the room with a mother and daughter sharing the enormous bed and I using the other bed. My bed was under a shelf with hanging space that could only be used if no one slept there. My bed wasn’t the best but I slept well anyway. The big bed was fine. The chairs in the dining room were like hammocks from much use but they served their purpose.

nice hotel in an historic mansion well renovated with style in and outside, without smells or odors, central to shopping street, tube and Heathrow airport. heating was adjustable and worked in the room and bathroom, sink with a plug, its a nice rarity nowadays , kettle tea coffee and biscuits was a nice topping on a cake, will stay again when I need again.

Staff were absolutely fabulous and couldn't help us enough. Free and secure parking was available, albeit a short walk away from the hotel. The location was great with restaurants, train station etc nearby. Breakfast was really good with ample food provided. The hotel was very clean and modern.

Although we really did enjoy our stay and don't want to appear negative, the bathroom was too small, and there wasn't a wardrobe or cupboard to put your clothes in. The dining chairs were in a state of disrepair and need replacing.

It was half hour walk from Twickenham stadium the manager was really good considering a car had driven into one of the room 24 hours before so they were quite stressed but he was still really chatty and some guests had to wait for a room we offered our shower so he gave us free drinks to say thank yiu

The rooms quite small so very warm had fan in one but tgey couldn't find another fan and rooms needed a bit of a dust over but considering the problem with the crash we overlooked it tbh Would go back
