A nice little place based close to Heathrow airport. It was clean and comfortable, surprisingly so. Quite at night time and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I had two good nights there. Big comfortable bed as well.

There is nothing to dislike

Bathrooms - We had a family room which consisted of 2 bedrooms each with their own door behind another outer door. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was good Decor - Rooms and bathrooms looked in good condition and recently done up. Parking - We could leave the car for an extra daily charge whilst away on holiday. You pay on checking out. The hotel has a car park to the right hand side behind closed gates that you can't see through and looks secure. You have to park on the street (which is easy to do) and then go into the hotel to ask them to open the car park gates for you. The car park looks as though it could take c.12 cars. I was assured when I booked the accommodation that there would be no problem with getting a space in the car park and this was indeed true. Facilities - There looked to be a large guest kitchen on the ground floor. The availability of this wasn't clear from the description on the website and if I'd known about it I would have used it for a DIY breakfast (the place does not provide breakfast). I didn't take note of exactly what equipment there was in the kitchen so if you wanted to make your own breakfast/lunch/dinner it would be worth phoning and asking them exactly what's there. Location - It is only about 10 mins drive from Heathrow airport so it really is very close. A minicab is c.£15 for a normal sized car which seems a lot but it would appear to be the going rate (one of our party checked Uber prices and they were similar). The reception desk has a laminated sheet with a minicab firm's details on it. They do normal sized cars and also larger vehicles for 6 people or 8 people I think (we had a people carrier for 6 people and it was £29). On the way back, we got the driver in our party to go by Underground to Hounslow West and then walk c.

Parking - When I booked the accommodation the website said that the daily parking charge whilst away on holiday would be £5 per day. When I went to pay for the extra parking on departure they said the daily charge was in fact £7. Perhaps the charge went up between when I booked and when we stayed but it was a bit annoying. Temperature - It wasn't a particularly hot day (early Sept - probably c.22 degrees) but it was very warm in the rooms overnight. If it had been a hot spell I think it would have been very uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning but there was a fan which helped. However if you open the windows the noise from the planes is too loud (although there are no flights between about 11pm and 6am)

Having a secure parking area was great. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we wanted including teas and coffees and good WiFi. We particularly liked having access straight in to the garden where we could sit in the late evening. The hotel was very conveniently located just off the M4 and suited our needs.

A little bit noisey particularly from the plumbing late at night, but didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep.

Very close to Heathrow with night bus services to all Terminals. However, I didn’t hear the planes at all, the room is well insulated. Bed was comfy, there’s tea and kettle. Good value for money

Excellent value for money. Had to drop my son for very early flight. Arrived late by car. Hamza was kind, accommodating, opening the secured car park (and closing it behind me) in the middle of the night. The place was clean, comfortable and less than 10 min by car to terminal 3. I slipped back into bed after dropping my son and checked out at 10am, (welcomed by Hamza) rested and ready for …late work!

Check-in staff were super friendly. Parking was free and onsite which is a bonus for the area. The en-suite was very nice.

I was in a lovely room on the top floor with a skylight, but Next time I would ask for a room on a lower level to minimise noise from the aircraft on the flight path once take off begins. I would love to have had the option to have had a later check out which would’ve helped maximise my rest.

Please was very clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, it was convenient for us as a family as a base to explore London, you can take the 222 bus to Hounslow West which is the nearest tube station.

The whole of Hounslow is a flight path, it’s not the b&b fault we knew this and we only stayed there at night, it was a novelty fo the kids to spot airplanes.
