Hotel very clean. Reception staff very friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tea/coffee. Bathroom products available. We were advised on arrival, half the hotel had been government booked. We assumed refugees, however this was no issue at all.

It did say at the bottom of the description that some facilities may he closed due to Covid. However it makes more of the fact there is a restaurant/bar & pool. We booked as arriving mid evening as 2 women and picked this so we didn't have to go back out to get food. We did receive a txt from the hotel prior to going to advise, so we took some food with us. For the one night it was ok for us and I probably did reflect in the price as long as you know, its worth going

Free parking Lovely hotel entrance Nice big room, lovely big clean, soft bed with good pillows. Big black out curtains for good sleep. Nice big flat screen t.v. Spacious room with lots of extras- fridge, kettle, toiletries. Quite room even when a wedding happening. Allowed us late check out, which helped massively and made stay even better - great staff, helpful and friendly.

Massive Massive Massive shame that after 2years+ of covid restrictions, with many if not all restrictions have gone for 6 weeks...still no spa/gym/pool/bar/restaurant is open to guests.. not good. Awful Awful Awful location (possible good for Heathrow airport users).. 45min drive into London, if a taxi/uber comes costing £37-£89. 23min walk to closest tube.. really run down area, not nice surroundings, wouldn't want to walk around at night. No night life in Hounslow.

We loved that it was a beautiful and clean place to stay. The amenities were good. The staff was nice and patient with us as well. Lots of parking available which is always a plus

The bathrooms were not fully clean, the crisp clean feeling was missing. The aircon system was not appropriate for July heat. Fans did nothing to help us.

It wasn’t clear from the website when booking that the restaurant and other facilities would not be available. The hotel is working with the Home Office to support refugees re-locate and many rooms are being used to support them. However this seems to mean many of the usual facilities are not available which is a shame as breakfast is only served in your room on a plastic platter with plastic cutlery. The breakfast was good value.

property very modern and amble parking. staff very attentive and professional. we stayed in the Sudbury suite, lovely room, hotel could do with a lick of paint but nothing to moan about!! such a shame none of the facilities where open but we where advised of this before arrival. I would definitely stay again. 10/15 minutes commute by taxi to twickenham cost £15.

We chose the hotel assuming there was a pool and a bar that was open however no facilities where open and unable to chill out at reception area. It felt and we could see that it was more used as a base for asylum seekers.

For the price we paid, we got more than we expected. Whole apartments.

We didnt like smell of weed at coridors, also bar was closed early, and we had to find a shop where to buy Food and soft drinks. And the final was, when house keeping enter to the Room without knocking while we were in bed.

As advertised. Most of the facilities were closed due to covid but I knew this before I booked. Big car park with loads of spaces for free which is good. There are poor reviews about asylum seekers being at the hotel but it wasn't a problem, they have every right to be in that space as anyone else. Most people keep to themselves as is to be expected. Staff were polite and room was clean. No issues.

There’s no sign on the main road, so we passed it and had to turn around and go back. Location is ok, we drove to local pub that had amazing food, Rose & Crown!

All hotels at LHR were fully booked so didn’t have high expectations for this hotel not far from LHR. Was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff. Large room which was very clean with same products I get in holiday inn hotels.
