We wanted a 3 nights/4 day sightseeing tour of London. We looked at hotels in the centre that included parking and as expected were ridiculously priced for what in essence was to be a quick getaway without spending a fortune. We looked outside the centre and stumbled over the Firs in Hounslow. It is a 1 minute walk to the tube so we thought we would go for it. Tube to Leicester Square/covent garden 45mins. Arrived at the location and parking was in abundance so that was a great relief. The welcome at reception was excellent. We weren’t just handed our keys and given directions we were escorted to our room. Hotel/room looks like they have been renovated recently. Carpets looked new room was spotless and modern decoration. Double headed walk in Shower was great. Breakfast was included in the price so that’s a bonus. We had a great 3/4 days, tube was easy Piccadilly line takes you to most of the major attractions so no need to change trains. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and now we know of the Firs Hotel and how easy it is to get into the centre of London we will defo go back again and highly recommend the Firs.

An excellent budget hotel with the most friendly, charming and helpful staff. There was nothing too much for them. We had to leave unexpectedly early on the morning of our departure and on finding out that we were going to miss breakfast (which smelt wonderful) our host provided a take away breakfast for us. The hotel is perfectly placed for travelling in to London being only a 2 minute walk from the Underground. The bedroom was clean and tidy.

There were a few stray hairs in the bedroom which my wife found a little off putting. Otherwise clean and tidy.

Close to Heathrow, really close to West Hounslow Tube station. The staff were lovely, after a late night we woke up late and they still kindly offered us some breakfast. The rooms are a little small but honestly can not complain given the positives of great staff, good location, good price, free parking and nice vibes

The room was a bit bright due to the outside lights being on all night, the blinds don't quite cut it Only two thin pillows on the bed (one each)

The staff were excellent, extremely accommodating. We were a family of 8 and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Free parking and excellent links to central London and Heathrow.

An area to meet up with other family members would have made the stay excellent. The garden is a big area and seems like it is under development, it would make a perfect area to meet up with family staying at the accomodation.

Undergone refurb apparently we were the first day of opening. It was clean tidy and staff were nice

Pointed out our window was not closing fully which did let some noise in . But as it was recently opened it was clearly a snaging item they will fix

The rooms were clean, the staff and especially the host and his wife were extremely helpful, very attentive and really friendly.

We received a very friendly welcome. We were staying because we were going to Twickenham for the rugby. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. Parked easily and excellent value for money.

staff were amazing, the guy that checked me in went above and beyond. i missed breakfast one morning and he made sure i still got food! had coffee on arrival too.

Although it had a double bed my room would have been a squash for 2 people.
