The location of this hotel was so easy to get to without a car. A few easy minutes walk from the Underground (subway), from the airport. The hotel was quaint, and in a nice neighborhood. The room was cozy (quite small but we were only staying one night.

We paid for breakfast, which was usually scheduled for 7-10 am. There was an issue with the kitchen, so breakfast was scheduled at 9 am, we had to leave for the airport at 8:30. Three staff told us different times for breakfast and only the last staff member told us there was an issue. Although we paid for breakfast, there was no compensation or to-go breakfast provided. Hotel breakfasts are not cheap; we paid for services we did not receive with little of an apology for the inconvenience.

The hotel is very well situated for transport into London, around 40 minutes on the underground, Hounslow Cenyral is a short walk from the hotel itself and also for verious resturants in East Hounslow about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and had a modern shower room with sonk and WC. Yelevision had normal terrestrial and Netfix avalible. The room was not sound proof and other guest and planes taking off could be heard, but nothing drastic. The room had tea and coffee making. The breakfast is very good, however I did have to wait an hour on my first day to be served ( not sure why?) But second day I was served in good time.

No AC just a fan and it was two very hot nights.

Great hotel, looks like the room have recently been refurbished. We pay £360 for 2 room for 3 night which is one of the cheapest price I got over the bank holiday weekend. , I book a twin and family, the family room had smart TV, and it was a good size and the twin was ok.bed comfortable . We didn't have breakfast but I believe there sausages are halal but plenty of food places withing walking distance. It location was good, 5 min from tube and about 30min tube to central London, and it also has free parking which is hard to find withing London area and it it was outside the ulez zone . It a cheap and cheerful hotel I would book this again.

The property had been recently refurbished and was very clean. The staff were excellent. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station. There is a very nice cafe across the road from the hotel and other food options near the station. Overall, it was a very good place to stay. I went to watch the rugby at Twickenham, a 40 minute walk away.

The bed position was a little close to the bathroom door. I could hear guests slamming their doors and making noise. This was reported on the first night, and there was a small improvement. A chair in the bedroom would have been useful.

The location was really good for travelling in to London and other areas, everything in hotel was clean, bed was comfy, fresh towels everyday, although in other hotels they request you to leave towels in shower tray if wish fresh ones so as to save water

The room was at the front so heard all road noise and people walking past and was too warm to close windows, although we did have a fan, not option for vegetarian/vegan breakfast, only choice was to have hash browns and beans as my family with me dont eat eggs and no vegetarian sausage

Only stayed for 1 night, was very pleased with the room. Clean, modern and comfortable. It had tea/coffee facility but didnt' use this. We went to Twickenham for a concert and there is a bus stop over the road that drops you off practically outside.

If you are travelling by car, there isn't many parking spaces. We ended up having to block cars in to park our car, however, we planned to leave very early in the morning so it wasn't a problem for anyone. If you were to leave at checkout time it might cause some issues as the hotel is on a busy main road.

Location from Heathrow on the tube was great, as was Twickenham for a game. There's even a bus across the road that takes you close to the ground (we couldn't get an uber). Breakfast is available as an extra at £10 we walked up to the high street about 10 mins away as there are other options there but handy if you want to have it quickly at hotel. Room was more a single but had a double bed so was fine, shower very good!

Nothing, would highly recommend and will use again for next game trip.

Rooms were clean, well equipped with towels, soap, shower gel, tea and coffee/kettle, TV etc. Staff very friendly and could check in 11.30am. We stayed here for a break in London whilst attending a concert. Tube line less than 5 min walk away. High Street with every imaginable shop 10 min walk away. About 45 mins into London in tube. I'd prefer to stay closer but got dates mixed up. Lots of bad press about this hotel, but we found it great. Check in 11.30am was amazing as we could drop things in room and get key, freshen up etc before going into City. Didn't get back to hotel until 1am and there was a code for the external door which worked fine. All in all, cheap, cheerful and value for money. Would stay again.

Staff were really lovely and helpful, especially the Saturday morning lad 'Fraser'. Rooms were modern. It looks like they are working through everything to renew it so just a few suggestions 😊...... The main communal carpet needs replacing and let's it down.... Maybe better to put vinyl down for lower maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms are very masculine and could do with some finishing touches: a few ideas: Mirror in the bedroom, bin in the bathroom for sanitary products, maybe some hooks in the bathroom and in the bedroom to hang things and a bedside lamp? Cleaner could pay more attention to detail in the bathrooms. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were really pleasant!
