Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is 10 mins from the Inverness airport and the charming town of Nairn. We had a flight to catch early morning, so cannot speak to the breakfast. Just be aware that it is close to the airport, so you will hear planes from time to time. However, flights stop at a very reasonable hour at night, so should not disturb your sleep.

Lovely place, not the easiest to find but clear instructions given in advance. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was continental with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast and preserves all available.

I was looking forward to a cooked breakfast, which was offered, but at an additional cost of £8 pp.

We were only here for one night but Theresa was an unbelievably friendly host, she stayed up late to greet us from our late flight to Inverness, and made us feel very special for my birthday trip! We also got a packed up breakfast to go as we let her know we planned to leave early! The rooms were really comfortable clean and spacious! A great stay!

The owner was very welcoming, helpful and chatty. A lovely lady. The room was clean and fresh. It was very remote and an ideal location for us, just 5 minutes from the village. A good choice for breakfast.

I personally like a nice shower in the morning but the shower in our on suite wasn't very powerful. Be aware, if you are a light sleeper, it's near the airport.

We had a very warm welcome for our brief stay before heading to the airport the next morning. They packed a takeaway breakfast for us since we were flying out early. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is just beautiful! We went for a walk as the sun was going down

Nice location, good breakfast, good communication

The room is very small, the bed was not particularly comfortable, we heard every noise & other guests were not quiet- that’s bit out of the hosts ability to monitor though 🙏🏻

We were flying out very early from Inverness airport the next day, and Broomlea was just a 10 minute drive to the airport. The location was absolutely gorgeous, in the middle of pasture land and extremely quiet. Just a gorgeous setting.

It was OK but cold!!

Temperature outside was 10° - room was cold & when radiator did come on it was luke warm & didn't improve the room temperature. Towel rail in bathroom was cold. Hallway seemed alot warmer but not our room!!

Thank you Teresa and Alistair! We had a lovely stay with you and I highly recommend this to all visitors! Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very tasty. The view from the window was lovely and peaceful! We will visit again!

There is nothing to complain about!

The host was kind and made us a sacked breakfast for our early flight which totally saved us. The room was large and very clean. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here if they're in the area.
