I was only here one night but have to say it was fantastic value. The room was fab, really big, lots of space, furnished well, comfy bed. Great to have iron and board in room. Bathroom equally spacious and clean, powerful shower, (just needs a wee shelf and a towel ring next the sink!). The bar and food were exceptional, the Haggis fritters and Fish Trio were delicious. Beer lovers will love the array of cask ales on tap. Loch Lomond brew was terrific. Breakfast...massive! Freshly cooked, really good Black Pudding. Location near the beach perfect, certainly look to come back with the family. Staff tremendously friendly well done everyone!

Very comfortable bed and good size rooms with lots of hot water and good choices for breakfast. Good views of the beach area through one window. Easy access to beaches, front promenade, river walks and to the town.

The floors need carpeting as they are wooden and rooms were cold, so we needed heating was on most of the time. The bathroom needs hooks to hang dressing gowns, pajamas, etc and the bath towels need to be bigger. The shower is too low for average heights as I nearly cut my head on it! There was a karaoke on Saturday night which kept us awake. There was no tea sachets and milk when we arrived.

Well located near the beach and good start point for trips to Inverness, Loch Ness etc. Very friendly staff. Nice to have a Pub with dinner option in house, as well to have a drink in the evening. The fish and chips were great. Room was spacious and well equipped. The served breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Decor and rooms a bit outdated. The car park was under construction, so we had to park on the street, which was sometimes a bit tight, but found a place.

Very well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great room - very spacious- with nice bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. Very clean. Good food in the bar, with several veggie options and very tasty. I would definitely book again.

I don't think there was an alternative to the full Scottish breakfast available, which I didn't want, so I had breakfast elsewhere. The room was very nice, but take ear plugs.

The staff were great, location was lovely near the beach and easy in and out for touring. we ate two nights in the hotel and the food was good. The bed was comfy too.

The hot water on one afternoon did not heat at all after running for 10 mins, we waited till after dinner to let the tank refill and it still did not run warm or hot, and again 2 hours later, we didn’t want to go down to report as the karaoke was on and it was 10pm on the last attempt. The next morning there it had heated, but after a long day walking and on beach the previous evening wasn’t too nice to go to bed cold / dirty.

Everything was perfect. The location was absolutely amazing! Beautiful scenery, lovely beach, and trails for walking. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Our double room was spacious, with an ensuite toilet, shower, and a bath, and very clean. The pub has a fantastic atmosphere, the food was excellent and everything was great value for money. We will definitely stay again and we will highly recommend it to others.

We couldn't fault anything.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfy spacious room and excellent bathroom with bath. This is always a bonus for me. Key to room a little temperamental but ease of entry and exit to property when staff not available. Slight downside re parking but staff made sure we knew where was suitable giving easy access to hotel.

There were, sadly, no evening meals on the day we chose to stay due, I think, to shortage of staff. Good recommendations were made for alternative places to eat.

We arrived well after mid-night and the wonderful lady who worked there, stayed up for us, arranged some wine for us, took our orders for breakfast and then walked us up to the room. All with great warmth and friendliness, as if it was completely normal to have guests arrive so late at a small town hotel. We had arrived slightly embarrassed, but felt genuinely welcome. Thanks again for that.

Love the location, the staff are very friendly and a great choice of drinks with a nice setting for drinks inside and out. Had breakfast this time and the host and staff member were really lovely, food was good although full Scottish breakfast would include haggis and potato scone 😉. Restaurant area is lovely.

I think a 5pm check in is quite late when it's a 10.30 latest check out. I understand the need to clean rooms etc (albeit spider and cobweb in our room this time)

This was a very nice room in a great location. There's a cute restaurant downstairs and Nairn itself is a nice sized town if you are touring. It has a bit of life about it, which we liked. The room was modern and well maintained. There is a large park nearby and the beach is within easy walking distance. We played golf at Nairn, which was close by.
