Sunny Brae is a charming and relaxing place to stay! I can’t say enough good things about the owners and staff; they were extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and walking the beach relaxing. Comfy beds and clean rooms with attention to detail. Walking distance to restaurants and the shops in town. Would highly recommend staying at Sunny Brae on your visit to Nairn. Will remember our visit fondly.

We absolutely loved staying at Sunny Brae. the location was perfect, the accommodation was so comfortable and clean, and it was lovely and spacious. For us, Rachel and John absolutely made our stay! They were so lovely, and so attentive. They could not have done any more for us. Really friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at ease. Breakfast was exceptional both mornings and in a lovely location within the hotel.

This Bed and Breakfast is a gem. Outstanding location overlooking the Moray Firth on a clear sunny morning, is just an uplifting start to the day. Breakfast is excellent. Service is second to none. The facilities are spotlessly clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, and excellent sleep quality. There are lots of little touches that make this bed and breakfast stand out from the crowd. The owners offer such a warm welcome, discreetly looking after all your service needs, and offering great tips of the local area. I can’t recommend this location more highly. You could spend a lot more money staying elsewhere, but not enjoy the excellent welcome, first class food and accommodation, and value for money. Best place to stay in Nairn.

It is very difficult to say anything other than the venue is very special with a superb dual aspect dining room, bright, light bedrooms, and cleaner than home. Absolutely no dislikes whatsoever.

This is a warm friendly second generation family run small hotel.Perfect location, comfortable rooms and leisure areas. Breakfast was freshly cooked and more than ample to start the day. The hosts John & Rachael very welcoming. Much preferred to chain type hotel.

Perhaps another table on the outside patio area would be beneficial.

All was perfect. Very nice and helpful stuff with owners. Room very clean with comfortable bed and nice view on coast. Nice size and perfect clean with all what's needed bathroom. Fantastic food for breakfast with friendly atmosphere all the time. Hotel is Very close to coast and have car park off street . Superb stay at this delightful, well located B&B with an excellent, spacious & well equipped bedroom providing marvellous views of the Firth. The super king size bed was very comfortable & the wi-fi signal coped with the demand of numerous devices. Rachel went out of her way to make us feel welcome and showed interest in all her guests. John cooked delicious breakfasts during our stay and the range of options was very good. Would highly recommend Sunny Brae for a warm, relaxing break in Nairn.

My brother and myself enjoyed everything Sunny Brae had to offer. Easily one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in.run by such a lovely couple.number one for us when visiting Nairn.

A gem. How could you not like this place

It was the highlight of my vacation. Rachel is the sweetest, and she made me feel welcome and at home. I loved staying there, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The location is right at the beach and the few is just amazing. I would choose to stay there every time again. For me, it was perfect.

The hostess, Rachael, must be a mind reader. We seldom saw her except whenever we had a question or wanted something she appeared out of nowhere and provided us with whatever we wanted. It must be what it is like to have a personal maid/butler always available to help but never in your way. (Don't really know because we don't have servants.) Next time I visit, I'll plan to stay as long as they'll have me.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfasts were generous and beautifully cooked, and really tasty; compliments to the chef! There was also a healthy continental option, with cereals berries and yogurt followed by toast. The location of Sunny Braes is perfect with stunning sea-views, and also near the town centre for restaurants. The owner Rachel was very friendly, always on hand to answer questions and extremely helpful. She made our stay most enjoyable. This B&B is highly recommended.
