Loved the property and the peaceful location, and found the owners to be very lovely and welcoming. The animals were delightful too, especially Humphrey the dog, who is very friendly in exchange for a tickle and a back rub! The East Wing was beautifully furnished, a good size, very quiet and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. The jacuzzi bath is amazing and there is also a large, new shower. The gardens are beautiful and a very relaxing place to sit in the sunshine. The owners have thought of everything and make it special with extra touches, like leaving fresh flowers, a basket of fresh eggs on the doorstep in the morning, and little bags of food that you can give to the animals. They offer additional services like access to private chefs and wellbeing therapists, and can organise many things for you. Really enjoyed the Thai meal delivered to the door by their chef - top restaurant quality! Gil's recommendations for daytrips, walks and places to eat were spot on too, definitely worth considering if you have time to explore.

Absolutely nothing to dislike, other than needing to go home and say goodbye to Gil, Phil and their lovely animal family! Thank you to them all for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Welcome To Procecco & Juice with music & A fire. The 2 wonderful hosts made us feel so welcome especially my son who loved spending time with the Animals , dogs , Chickens, Horses, Goats & Donkeys. He still won't stop talking about that even set his alarm to get up to help that really made his stay. Beautiful cozy living room so stylish & chic and 2 large big bedrooms super comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Was lovely to jusy chill . Drove to 2 local beaches and was lovely clean and quiet.. We ordered a Extra hamper and was really nice full of yummy Goodies. Would love to come back

Wow what an amazing place. Everything was just fabulous. The accommodation was so inviting, lots of sweet little touches, we felt very welcome. The bath is insanely good, so deep like a mini pool. The bed is huge and super comfortable. We used the private driver to attend a wedding. He was very punctual and lovely conversation. Thank you so much.

I think the kitchen could do with an oven glove ;)

Everything about the stay was perfect, Gil and Philip were excellent hosts. The accommodation was super dog friendly and there were so many thoughtful additions throughout the coach house. The Thai meal we had on the first evening was delicious and it was a amazing to be able to have that as "room service", a real treat! We can't wait to come back next year.

Had an excellent stay. Bathtub was amazing, as was the shower. Great size and we both felt at home. Location was good and meant everything was really close by and were given some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Loved the fresh eggs! Dog shower and towels were a great bonus!

our second stay was perfect from start to finish. All the little added touches make for a beautiful stay. The Hosts have a keen eye for detail and know exactly what you want from a stay. They work so hard and go above and beyond to make your stay personal and special. Really beautiful location and pure luxury. If you stay once you will want to stay again. I can promise you that.

That I couldn’t stay for longer.

I have just returned from our stay. I took my Nan and her friends for our yearly Christmas trip to Norfolk and this stay did not disappoint. We were treated like queens the entire time. I suffer from severe insomnia and slept perfectly both nights. The personal touches from the Christmas tree within the room. Feeding the rescue donkeys carrots, the fresh free range eggs in the morning, The magical Christmas music and tree in the forecourt of the property. The roaring fire on arrival and the beautiful personal toiletries and Reed diffusers. I would also recommend the in house Thai menu it is well worth it and all cooked from scratch. If you are looking for a magical few nights away please book with Gil Phil and the team they go over and above to make sure you have the perfect stay. I can’t thank them enough for making our Christmas. I have never felt so special on a stay away. This stay was special and one to remember. My Nan thought she had died and gone to heaven and to see her so happy was worth every penny. Thanks guys you are superstars we would love to come back!

There was nothing to not like.

Idyllic setting with first class accommodation and super hosts. Additional ‘room service’ facilities are an excellent idea and provided much appreciated well-being and delicious food. This is a thoroughly superb retreat and so peaceful. Thankyou to Gil for knowledge and recommendations that enhanced my break. First time in Norfolk and I hope to be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hosts were super friendly and made nice little touches around the place that were very welcoming. The entire property was wonderful and relaxing, and everything was clean and comfortable. The shower and bath was great too!
