We had an amazing stay at this lovely small hotel. With only a few rooms, it offers a truly charming and intimate atmosphere. We booked two rooms as we were four friends spending a few days in the area, and from the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. The breakfast was a delicious traditional English meal, and both rooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. The location was perfect, very close to the cathedral, which made exploring the area super convenient. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here! Highly recommended.

Lovely spacious room, excellent breakfast. Accommodation is convenient for easy walking to The Walks and Town Centre.

Una was absolutely lovely, really enjoyed chatting with her. Breakfast was plentiful and really delicious, our room was warm, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Extremely quiet with no noise overnight so we slept very well. Free fast wifi worked perfectly. Would definitely book again.

Shower water pressure was a little low. Drinking water in the room would have been handy but we’d brought some just in case. Everything else was superb.

The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. Very spacious with ample room facilities. Bed was very comfortable. My partner and I had a lovely night's sleep. The owners were lovely and very helpful. On hand whether needed. Breakfast was also very good. Good quality foods, plenty of options and foods were cooked perfectly. The location was perfect for us being very close to the venue we were attending. One of the best B&B's I've stayed at and would highly recommend The Lodge. 10 out 10.

The Lodge is immaculately presented with fresh external paint and a beautifully planted front garden. Our welcome from Una was warm, efficient and helpful. Our two rooms were luxuriously and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Full English Breakfast was delicious with choices on everything. Our party's several dietary needs were managed willingly and with a smile and Malcom's cheery breakfast service was very enjoyable. The restriction-free, on street parking proved no problem at all. There is also a friendly pub in the next road, in which we enjoyed a pleasant evening drink. We would definitely return and highly recommend The Lodge to others.

Perhaps fitting a more powerful shower? Otherwise nothing to comment on.

The hosts, Una and Malcolm, were very welcoming and friendly. Chatty without being intrusive and nothing seemed to be much trouble. Breakfast was very well presented and plenty of it - we opted for the full English every day but there were other choices if needed, as well as cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. The location of The Lodge was a 10 minutes walk into King's Lynn where there were plenty of restaurants and other places to eat. However, we chose to eat at The Stuart Hotel just across the road from The Lodge, which again was excellent value.

My partner and I still talk about The Lodge long after our holiday has ended. We stayed in may places over our 6 week road trip and The Lodge stands out as one of the best. It genuinely exceeded our expectations. After our stay we found ourselves benchmarking our holiday accommodation against The Lodge. This place genuinely exceeded our expectations. Our room was very tastefully decorated and well thought out. Attention to detail was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable of our whole trip. Our room was warm, shower was easy to use and everything worked. Parking is on street and while we had no problems finding a spot near the house, the streets were quite full when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and food intolerances were catered for. The whole property from gate to garden to interior is beautifully presented. We would definitely stay at The Lodge again.

Una and Malcolm's B&B is a lovely property in a nice part of Kings Lynn, close to both the train and bus station. The room was charming and well appointed with TV, ensuite shower, tea and coffee facilities and biscuits. Breakfast was a highlight - very relaxed and the food was cooked to perfection. The best thing, however, about staying at The Lodge was Una and Malcolm who are incredible hosts - kind, thoughtful and go above and beyond. They provided us with personalised recommendations for our day trip and met us with our bags so that we didn't miss our train home.

Our room at The Lodge was well appointed and comfortable. Excellent shower, tea, coffee & biscuits provided and a view of the garden. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied, flexible and of a high standard. Roadside parking was no issue at all. The Lodge is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the town centre through the park. All in all it was a perfect stay.

For the price, which was very good, we did not have high expectations. How wrong we were! An excellent place to stay - welcoming owners, everything we needed was provided, the place was beautifully decorated, very comfortable room and an excellent, high-quality breakfast. ... and a bonus of having a pleasant pub/restaurant close by! This will be our go-to place to stay whenever in the area. Thank you!
