This is a beautiful little gem in the heart of the countryside! My friend and I stayed here recently as we wanted to go and explore some lovely nature reserves. The vegetarian breakfast was lovely. Cilla and Simon were so welcoming, the room was perfect the beds were so comfortable you melt into them! The shower was great honestly can not fault anything. Everything was so well thought out. Gorgeous for nature lovers too! There are resident green woodpeckers and we heard and saw a Tawny Owl which was lovely. It really was the perfect place for us and we look forward to coming back here in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This is a lovely place to stay. The room and whole house is so clean and impeccably presented. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and good sized portions. There was homemade jam and marmalade and we had cake left in our room every day, which was a nice treat. The location is so peaceful with lovely views of the garden and countryside. Scilla and Simon made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't fault anything. Loved our stay here.

The B&B was spotless and very comfortable. Simon and Scilla were the perfect hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Their dogs are lovely and cuddly and enjoyed a fuss. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Thank you for a fantastic stay and thank you for the delicious homemade cake and jam. The guesthouse is set in the countryside so it's very picturesque and quite.

Well, what can I add about the breakfast that no-one else has already mentioned??? Suffice to say it "kept me going" all day, till 6pm; it was absolutely delicious , with a variety of choice to suit everyone, and I particularly enjoyed sitting in the conservatory, and watching the birds having their breakfast, too! Scilla and Simon were perfect hosts, who attended to our needs - even lending us the giant church key so we could go bat hunting!! The house was so cosy and comfortable - a real "home from home", and we loved the peace and quiet of this rural, typical Norfolk location.

Not one thing.

Location was good for us, quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Our twin beaded room was very clean and comfortable, en-suite shower cubicle is a good size. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and full English breakfast. The homemade cake was a lovely touch to have with a cup of tea when we returned each day from our travels!

Nothing, all good

Breakfast was amazing! The hosts were fabulous, very homely, very welcoming and also very accommodating. We've absolutely loved staying here

It was very hot, we had the windows open and the fan running but it still felt boiling hot but we managed and there probably wasn't alot more that could be done, it just meant I didn't have a great night's sleep, but again no big deal

Scilla cooked a lovely english breakfast, and provided great continental options like fruit, muesli and yoghurt. We loved looking at the birds in the garden like pheasants and goldfinches whilst eating! Scilla gave us very good recommendations for where to visit the day after our stay, including round the coast. We really enjoyed chatting to Simon in the evening about the local area. The bedroom was cosy with a comfortable bed, and we found the location very peaceful. We'd be delighted to stay again!

I arrived at the property fairly late (about 5.30pm) in the afternoon. The landlady, Scilla Ash, and her husband, immediately made me feel very welcome. The room was well-furnished, had plenty of facilities, was comfortable, and clean. So was the bathroom. She was very understanding when I explained that I could only stay for 1 night instead of 2, and agreed to my request for a refund. She also cooked an excellent breakfast at just the time I wanted. Excellent!
