Nine of us had a fantastic time at the Feathers. The breakfasts are brilliant good quality produce and lots of it, with a massive choice, 2 eggs, sausages, tomatoes - huge, mushrooms, hash browns, baked beans, fried bread and more. Plus cereals and toast, no need for lunch. Dinner was the same huge choice of meals with really good quality ingredients. Terrific range of draught beers, wines and spirits. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and well appointed, tea and coffee, plus bottled water.

Nothing, John the landlord, knew exactly what we wanted. The perfect host!

Got a really warm welcome from Megan on our arrival. She also helped us take luggage up to our rooms. And during our 1st evening there, she was on hand to get drinks, take food orders. And she was very chatty & friendly. Megan is a real asset to The Feathers. Food was very good, great variety of choice on the menu,s. Breakfast was also very good. Will most certainly book to stay again. And would recommend Hotel to friends & family.

Bed was a bit on the firm side for us. But we all know its hard to please everyone . And water from hot taps was not overly hot.

The Feathers was a great place to stay. I went with my husband and child, comfortable, spacious family room for our needs. Small but efficient bathroom room space. Towels lovely and fluffy and there were bathroom products too! Didn’t expect those in an Inn. Cooked breakfast was huge and a challenge to finish. Good selection of continental breakfast items too. Fab location if you’re visiting Sandringham estate for shows etc or the Norfolk coast for day trips.

I must admit I’d be nit picking to find anything I wasn’t happy with from our stay to be honest.

A friendly welcome on check in was warming after a long time I spent travelling. Staff were attentive and the reception and bar area was clean. Nice touch been shown to my room in person and I was clearly told the dining times and facilities. My room was comfortable with lovely garden views and a T.v as well as coffee making facilities which all worked well.

I really enjoyed my stay overall but if I had to give a point of improvement I would say the breakfast service was alittle abrupt and staff could have been more welcoming and smiled. It was just alittle frosty however everyone generally were fantastic.

The location was easy to find, beautiful location and staff were very welcoming. The room itself was nice and clean, with a little mold on the top of the shower. The shower was in the room in an alcove (where you would expect a built in wardrobe) away from the rest of the en-suite. This isn't a criticism it was just unusual to have the room layout like that. The people we exceptionally lovely and the food was perfect, we had dinner and breakfast here.

There were only niggly things but not really negatives just personal preferences. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and we could feel all the springs around the edges but in the centre we both had little support and felt the bed base. We were only there for one night so it was fine for the night.

Great location near Sandringham. Good accommodation for 6 of us, including a family suite. Large comfortable beds and I liked the touch-activated bedside lights! Friendly staff and interesting decor. Good parking and a huge outdoor space with beer garden and children's play area. We saw wild rabbits and deer from our bedroom window. Very good breakfast in a pretty dining room.

Great if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, but the wifi was intermittent.

We were welcomed by a female member of staff (sorry didn't get her name) who explained where everything was, fire escape, breakfast room then took us to our room. We were just in time for lunch and it didn't disappoint, food was excellent. In the morning you could not fault the full breakfast, a great start to the day.

The only downside in our room was the bathroom, in particular the toilet was a bit tight, but was adequate for one night.

Really nice traditional pub in a good area ,Landlord let us put our motorbikes in a sheltered area away from the main carpark .We did a couple of walks from the pub up to the Sandringham estate through the woodlands and around the village .Our room had everything that we required and we had an enjoyable evening meal .There is a very big beer garden with play area for kids and more seating areas outside .A good breakfast the next morning.

We ate in the Feathers both evenings of our stay and although we just had a light bite the first evening because we were not that hungry, the second evening we had lamb shanks and they were absolutely delicious. It was necessary to book a table both evenings, the restaurant was full and these were weekday evenings. The Feathers has lovely large gardens, a dog friendly pub and set in a beautiful village and the location for us was perfect, a few minutes from Sandringham and the coast and many places of interest. John the Manager was extremely helpful with suggestions and directions and a very good host as was the man behind the bar.

The breakfast was adequate lots to choose from, not particularly well presented but cooked fresh when you ordered but the lady who served us was unfriendly, no greeting of 'Good Morning' , a little bit surly and certainly not given to smiling.

Second visit whilst visiting the coast with my young family. Apartment was more than suitable and great with extra space etc for the kids than a normal hotel room. 2x bedrooms, living area and the kitchen well stocked with all kitchen needs for self catering. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and hot food was cooked lovely. Staff friendly. Short drive up to the beaches and to Sandringham, would stay again on the next visit. Thanks
