Everything except. I bought the room as a weekend away for my brother and his wife, having read the website. Only to find out they had to pay for breakfast, the whole point of there break was, not paying for anything. You advise free all you can eat breakfast. I'm mortified that they had to pay, they can't afford it, but payed anyway, how embarrassing for me. Just make it very clear that free, dosnt mean free, or reimburse them

As above, gutted that my family had to pay for breakfast. It was a gift from me, supposed to be a free weekend. Not free all you can eat breakfast, gutted

The hotel staff were lovely, especially when we had to adjust our dates...really helpful. The room was nice and clean. Great location for visiting family.

On arrival our shower didn't work, after reporting this it was quickly repaired. Think it was the 2nd day the lift broke down, (obviously we're on the 2nd floor). Unfortunately this never worked again for the rest of our stay. No fault of the staff, but was still pretty annoying. We would stay again, might ask for a ground floor room... just in case the lift breaks again. On the up side it kept us fit haha.

The location was easy to get to. Tge hotel was near a restaurant for and evening meal. Free carparking. Pet friendly.

The room could do with a little TLC broken plug socket and bedside lights. The bathroom shower leaks over the shower area which makes the floor wet and slippery. Bathroom taps leak if not turned off hard enough leaving it dripping on the side which eventually runs on the floor room 7

The room was very spacious, comfortable and functional. I liked the fact that I could open the window. It was very good value especially taking into account the full buffet breakfast included.

There was a fair bit of door banging late at night, the walls might not be very thick and some of the other guests were not as thoughtful as they might have been.

Finished up with a night on my own as the second party got held up and didn't make it ! Room was very quiet, tv was quite easy to master - I am usually useless with a new remote ! Most of all the room was warm and the bed was super comfy !

Very little to complain about but if I was going to nit-pick, the body wash dispenser in the shower didn't work . And the scrambled egg in the breakfast bar had turned to egg crumble - but that is almost impossible to avoid after a few minutes....

Was a fair bit cheaper than other hotels around when I booked, so wasn't expecting 5 star. Pleasantly suprised on arrival. Basic but comfortable, clean and quiet. Good parking. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of choices for food in easy walking distance.

Maybe a little more choice or variation in the breakfast would be good. But for the price it's certainly not bad!

Tom and John on reception and in the bar and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. They made the stay extra enjoyable by going above and beyond.

I was really disappointed with the breakfast. It wasn't cheap but for what was on offer it should have been. No veggie options! John did find and cook me sausages but obviously it took time. My husband had finished his brekky when mine came.

Really comfortable bed, quiet room, clean bathroom, easy to find and lots of parking.

Breakfast was a bit average. No healthy cereal - coco pops, ricicles, corn flakes and very sugary granola. Cooked breakfast ok although sausages were the cheap ones. Coffee pretty good. One squishy banana, a rather sad looking orange and a few apples. Could have been a bit healthier and more exciting.

Booking online was easy as a last minute thing. Google directions however took us a very long way around from Loncoln hospital. . Staff friendly but small bar not serving Rose wine. Room comfortable, satisfactory price . Menu small but food was nice served until 10.15pm. Didn't have time for breakfast as was visiting an elderly relative in Lincoln hospital on end of life care, receptionist allowed my mum to make toast free of charge to ensure we left quickly.

A little further away than I thought but was ok

Very friendly helpful staff as the rooms didn't have air-con we were offered a fan because my little dog wasn't happy with weather.

The rooms need to be updated or maintained cracked bathroom tiles and leaking tap it was clean but repairs were needed have used this ibis a few times as my daughter lives in Lincoln we have been else where but we do prefer ibis due to very friendly helpful staff
