The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, freshly cooked. Selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts as well as cooked breakfast. The location was perfect. Central for shops, pubs, pier etc. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

The winter weight duvet on the bed was very warm and heavy. Should be changed to a Summer weight at this time of year. Room was booked for an 84yr old pensioner…but even they don’t feel cold all year round. The bedroom was situated at the side of the property and each morning the road was busy with noisy delivery vans. Property owners cannot be held responsible for that though.

The hotel was very clean and bright, I had a twin room on the top floor which was very spacious and comfortable, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the location was brilliant for the beach, pier, nearby shops and pubs. The Great Orme Tramway was also only a 10 minute walk away. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because I don’t tend to eat breakfast but it always smelled really good. No bar at the hotel but there are so many pubs within a couple of minutes walk it really didn’t matter, plus I enjoyed trying all the different pubs.

Nothing, it was exceptional! If I had to be picky I’d say my bed was a bit too hard but that’s my personal preference and I wouldn’t use that as a reason not to stay again. Also the hotel has no lift so it may be a bit difficult for those with mobility problems (the hotel has 3 floors)

Fantastic owners, fantastic accommodation, fantastic breakfast, fantastic location. We loved everything. Couldn't fault a thing. Great fresh fruit selection at breakfast. Then a full breakfast if you needed. The lounge was a great place to sit in the morning after breakfast to figure out the day ahead. Highly recommended.

Not much to say here. Only grumble is the toilet was a little close to the wall facing you. ....but my fiancé is 6 foot 3 and on crutches so this probably didn't help him.

Great location for the beach, pier and other attractions. Room was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to order and a great choice. I was lucky enough to get a parking space behind the hotel.

my only negative was the bed, although it was comfortable, the springs squeaked very loudly every time one of us moved. We thought it was funny at first but it really did impact us from getting a good nights sleep. shame really as the hotel and staff were very accommodating.

Breakfast was excellent! A great choice of cereals, fruit & pastries; plus a tasty main breakfast 😋 staff pleasant, a comfy bed and the location of the hotel is super 👌

The small, wooden shelf in the room was far too small to comfortably make two drinks.... either a free standing cupboard with a wider surface or a bigger shelf would make life easier. (Rm 6)

The owners of the Wilton were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location, near the pier, shops, tram Station etc.The room was clean, lovely and spacious, had everything you needed. It was the best hotel I have stayed in,in llandudno. The breakfast was amazing,Good selection,Breakfast was cooked well and offered extra toast.

Being near a pub,we were woken up a couple of times on our first night,But closed the window which helped and obviously that isn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The cold breakfast options were plentiful and the cooked breakfast (lots of options) was fantastic. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were woken on our second night at 05 30 by multiple glass bottles bring thrown in a bin and again at 06.30 by bins being emptied by lorry. Our room was to the rear of the Hotel. Not sure how often this occurs but it certainly disturbed our sleep on that night.

The welcome from Jo was warm, friendly and informative. The room was very cosy and quiet. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Excellent shower in the large en-suite. The breakfast options were plentiful and freshly and beautifully cooked! The position of the hotel is excellent, within 50 yards of the elegant sweep of the half-moon shaped bay of Llandudno one way and the main shopping street the other way.

The room was clean and tidy. Great choices for breakfast and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is first class, adjacent to the beach and alongside a large shopping area.

The WiFi was the only disappointment. Sporadic signal that only lasts for seconds before it goes off again. My wife and I are with different networks but we both experienced the same problem as did another guest who we saw querying his inability to manage to keep a connection.

Hotel was nicely decorated as we're the bedrooms. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Location was central. No lift too many stairs to get to room about 40 - too much for us both, me especially. It was very warm seagulls very noisy could not sleep for noise. However a fan was provided as soon as I mentioned the unbearable heat (which was extremely unusual) this helped a bit with noise reduction because we could close the window. Parking not guaranteed limited spaces and quite hard to negotiate narrow road and space..staff very helpful and cheerful.

A lift, parking facilities with more space.
