The situation of the hotel was excellent, the staff were accommodating, the hotel was clean throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I liked that there was an evening meal option available each day.

The hotel needs updating which I believe is work in progress, and will greatly improve the hotel. Only complaint as a such was the bed was small (double) and too hard for us, but that's a personal thing to each individual.

Staff friendly as no access for my wife in wheelchair and no ramp entry or exit as getting to our room due to elevator development and ramp access and exit being worked on. Staff on reception helped everytime duty manager as manager brilliant in making our stay very comfortable and special for our 1st anniversary. Definitely enjoyed our stay and we are planning to go back soon. Highly recommended. Breakfast staff fantastic in helping with Breakfast for my wife..nothing was a problem very helpful and profesional. We are members of Trip Advisor and have put review on site. Waiting for next visit so we can show pictures of new lift and rooms as staff for recommendations. Thank you everyone MR P. CORBETT

Inconvenience of lift but was explained doing while we stayed and evey member of staff helped everytime my wife to get to breakfast and back to room. Very important to us and very grateful

I like the hotel and was in a prime location to the pier, restraunts, bars and activities. The beds was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they was. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of storage and nice and clean. Breakfast also was brilliant and plenty to go around! I would return again and would certainly recommend.

I didn't like the parking situation, we drove around and around looking and you couldn't pay for over night stays. I only mention this as when we finally got sorted and into the hotel we was given a parking permit. I rang about the parking when we arrived and didn't know about the permit so although we was relieved not to worry about parking for the next day we wish we would have been told about this when we arrived as we could have pulled up at the hotel and then used the pass to save the hassle.

Great location and though not necessarily a sea view we expected there was a view of the sea through the third floor shoulder height window and to the left 🏖️👀

On the whole a rather pleasant hotel though they did pre warn us that the lift was out of order so we did expect a climb, luckily we are quite able and 3 rd floor room wasn't too bad as we only had smaller suitcases to carry up, reception staff were helpful as we arrived early and they let us check in so we had a quick cuppa and off out to walk up/down the great orm on a lovely day 👍

The hotel is in a great location, quiet room. All very clean and big fluffy white towels for our use.Breakfast really good, great choices, buffet choices with english breakfast all lovely. Fruit bowl, coffee machine with loads of choices and as I love hot chocolate I was very pleased. Staff lovely and very helpful.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable , could do with a mattress topper may be. Generally could do with a bit of a update but price was very good value for our stay as in prime location and you could not do better for the breakfast on offer, and we would stay here again.

Everything else was great. Location is great, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean. We only had the breakfast included but it was probably one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. All cooked fresh and nice and hot.

The only thing there I could fault was the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was very soft and an old sprung one. The stairs are a challenge if you are elderly especially if you have luggage with you. This is pointed out when you book though as they are having a lift installed. So can't complain about that at all

Check in was very pleasant The hotel is a little dated but it's spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, the buffet breakfast is excellent with good quality ingredients and the staff are extremely welcoming. The bed was comfortable nice bedding The bathroom has been refurbished with a great powerful shower and nice full size towels . The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Llandudno for shopping or eating out , plus a two minute walk to the sea front.

The only thing to dislike was the plumbing above our room was extremely noisy when the taps were turned on

We had a very pleasant stay at White Heather hotel. The place is less than ten mins walk from Llandudno railway station and very near to the beach and restaurants. The hotel building is small with old decor, but the rooms are clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to pick from. We had a very happy stay.

Nothing much. But there is no lift to the breakfast buffet area,which is one floor down from ground level. People with mobility issues would find it difficult to access the restaurant for morning breakfast. There is one old lift to access top floors ,and stairs are steep.

Close to the town and promenade. Staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much for them, very helpful. Excellent breakfast, rooms serviced daily. Well stocked bar and very reasonable prices. Room was very private. As I was staying for a week, I was given a parking permit for the promenade parking.

Having to climb the stairs everytime I needed something from my room.

Second time staying here as we were happy the first time. Staff are helpful and friendly and always have time to chat. Hotel is clean and food is very good, particularly breakfast. Location is good. We came on the day of the fireworks; in the morning a lady rang first thing to warn us that the prom was closed from 12pm and parking may be a problem, so we left early to arrive in good time to park. Much appreciated.

Could have done with toast being available where the hot breakfast food is. You have to wait for someone to bring it to your table, and on the last day there was no staff so no toast.
