My room was very clean and had all I needed for my 3 night stay. A heater had been put on so it was lovely and warm. The bedding was lovely and clean as was the bathroom. The choice of breakfast was very good and plenty of it. The hot breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and town centre. Value for money.

The hotel frontage doesn't look too appealing, but that shouldn't put people off from booking. The hotel may look a bit dated inside and my room was basic, but the cleanliness, service and quality of food was excellent.

Polite and helpful staff .excellent breakfast and plenty of choice. good location for the town and promenade, plenty o shops bars and cafes within easy walking distance.

the lift was being refurbished . so small parking area at the back of hotel was full of parts ,so bikes had to be parked at the front. but not a problem as they where off the road and sidewalk.

I had a late check in (almost 23 00) and there was not a single problem with it. Just when you know you will be late make a call directly to the hotel! The room was big enough for me as a single person and the bathroom was clean and everything was working. Breakfast was really good. I expected just some bread, jam and butter but instead I was offered yogurt, fruits, bread and a full English breakfast. I had a really good time! I liked everything. The location is also perfect. I will definitely stay also next time I come to visit Llandudno

Room was clean and Tidy. Breakfast and location excellent.

The stairs were an issue, staying on 2nd floor, and the breakfast room was in the basement. In full fairness to the hotel we were informed the lift was currently being renovated to include access to the Breakfast room, which is good news for the future. We were also pre warned to contact them if we felt we needed a lower level room, which we did not do, so the hotel are working hard to inform everyone of the lift upgrade.

All staff helpful courteous. Great location. Value for money.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel, the breakfast was 10/10 plenty of food and choices too. It's location is perfect for llandudno sea front and shops.

Only minus was the bed very springy in the room we had so was a little uncomfortable for a nights sleep.

The room was very plain and fairly small. It's a good budget hotel.

The friendly and helpful staff, the location of the hotel in relation to the sea front,shops and restaurants and the overall stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

It was cold in the room when we first arrived ( we stayed in early November 2023 when it was very windy) but that was put right by the person on Reception. We were given a convector heater and an extra duvet for each single bed as our room was a twin room.

Can't fault it after numerous happy visits
