There was lots of choices for breakfast, freshly cooked breakfast was delicious especially the omelette. They served hearty food and of excellent service. The location is very good and just two minutes walking distance for sea side, bus station for others local attractions, shops and restaurants for food. There is a sainsbury local store nearby, only two minutes walk. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything; they were very welcoming. We will definitely go back to stay there in the future and very good value for money to stay in front of sea side.

Location - a few steps away from the north beach, the Great Orme, cafes and restaurants literally round the corner, and around 20 minutes walk to ASDA or Aldi which are in the shopping centre area. Breakfast - exceptional, perfect poached eggs, grilled tomatoes and smoked fish, but full English was also available. My daughter polished her plate every morning - could not believe that! A variety of fruit, cereals, milk, yoghurts (all flavoured), but the host went that extra mile to get me a natural yoghurt for the prunes! Dining area is elegant, cosy and welcoming. Room was refreshed daily; the entire hotel was very clean and well looked after.

The staff makes you feel so at home. The two owners are so personable and are always happy to talk to you about the surrounding area and share their own personal stories (Def ask them about their travels- they could entertain you for hours) They even hooked us up with a discounted tour at the local distillery and have a free movie selection for guests. It is also an awesome location; everything in Llandudno is within walking distance from the property. Breakfast is delicious! Good selection of fruits, yogurt, and (of course) Full English Breakfast.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic

The Clovelly was in a very good spot. We were greeted by the owners on arrival, very friendly couple. Our room was lovely , we had a shower room, tv, hairdryer, kettle with milk sugar biscuits, tea bags and coffee. The room was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. 5he breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices: bacon sausage mushrooms beans tomato eggs toast ,various cereals and fresh fruits and yogurts and juices, tea and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Clovelly, and we will definately be back very soon.

There was nothing at all that I disliked at the Clovelly

The welcome was lovely and friendly. The breakfast was decent and served in a friendly and timely manner. The property is close to local amenities and the promenade and not too far from the restaurant we had booked. Room 12 is at the top of the house so lots of stairs to climb. Just the nature of the property and I was aware of this when I booked. The bathroom was fine but perhaps it's in need of a refresh. The shower is a good one but unfortunately the shower hose had split so most of the water did not reach the shower head. I don't think the owner was aware of the problem as I mentioned it on departure and she was apologetic. Hopefully a quick fix for them. I found the bed uncomfortable but I did manage to get a good amount of sleep.

Nic Eddie and all the staff were very friendly and pleasant, nothing was to much trouble for them, Nic's mom in law was lovely. Great breakfast that set most people up for the day. Dinner menu had lots of choice, Eds Grandmothers Steak pie recipe could win awards, all the food really is home cooked. The location is ideal, Our room on the top floor was as was the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean.

Duvets were a bit heavy as the room was warm but not a problem, just take it off Other than that, which was a personal choice everything else was perfect

What a fantastic little hotel. Very homely feel to it. The room was tidy and clean. Comfy bed. The service was brilliant. The cooked breakfast was lovely, too. Cooked fresh to order, Bacon, 10 on 10. Button mushrooms, bingo. Black pudding, snap. Minor criticism, more distance between the eggs and the beans. I may want to mix them, but I want that to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater. But I'm nit-picking, on the whole, a very good effort - 7 on 10. 🤪 I seriously can't fault this place and will certainly be staying again. Lovely little bar area, too, with plenty of drinks to choose from. Perfect location, too. There is plenty of parking nearby. Thank you The Clovelly keep up the good work 😊

My only criticism is they didn't have any draught lager on the tap, so I had to have a double gin and tonic instead. But I'm OK with that as I love gin and had already had plenty of pints out in Llandudno.

Lovely location and we were fortunate to be able to park for free in front of the Clovelly whilst there. Our luggage was willingly carried up to our 2nd floor twin room by staff and we smiled at the chairs on the landings as we walked up the stairways, although we didn’t need them 😂 We loved the family feeling about everything.

Although the shower was powerful, with plenty of hot water, it was a little small and had a high step which might be difficult for some. I plan to just lose a little weight for next time.

The Breakfast was excellent there are a lovely couple nothing was too much trouble will definitely be staying there again

The room was lovely only were it was on the top floor was too much for me and my husband as he has heart problems and I have a bad knee we will be staying again but we will ask for another room on the first floor if possible as there was no lift

We went to The Clovelly to see an afternoon show and stay overnight. Parking was a bit of an issue but that's Llandudno in general and not necessarily the hotel's fault although they do their best to make it as easy as possible. Rooms were clean and comfortable and exactly as described on the website. The welcome was warm and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Communication was excellent. For our particular needs this was a perfect choice. To be recommended.
