friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. beautiful decor.

when booking with breakfast included, there are all sorts of restrictions. One cold Beverage, One Hot. only ordering off one section of the menu. It just seems complicated and unnecessary. I would think for the money you are paying, you could have 3 cappuccinos and water included.

Absolutely superb hotel. Ultra modern and brand new, fresh and clean. Amazing spot right on the new Tube line but also just a short walk across the river to Chelsea and Kensington. Very easy access to London city just a few stops up the Northern Line to the heart of the capital. Wonderful surroundings, new Battersea shopping centre, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and coffee shops. Good access also to south west London and easy to get yo and from Heathrow. Best of all about this hotel was the superb, very helpful and caring and lovely people who work there. I extended my stay and the staff at reception were the nicest people in London! Cannot wait to stay here again next time I’m in London. A really good base for an extended stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like - I loved everything about this hotel - especially the wonderful friendly professional and warm staff!

Really loved the art, design of the rooms and the showers.

The flashing security light above the bed. The room booked and paid for should have had a city view instead all we had a view of was the train tracks

Rooftop pool was such a gem: fabulous addition at the end of a tiring hot day . Rooftop bar vibey and cool.

Service was dire, from reception to the bar staff. Needs a big training sort out . Bathroom robe had pants in the pocket which wasn’t mine ! Dirty flannel left in the shower . And fire alarm went off twice in the night . All the carpets in the hall near the bedrooms wasn’t fitted properly so lumpy trip hazard .

The location and the funky design

just thought the facilities in the room could be improved. for instance there is no shelf to put anything in the bathroom. the large mirror in the bedroom is difficult to use to put make up on as no where to put anything. the bathmat and shower are not really compatible- water flows on to floor and you can’t place the bath mat outside shower door and close the door. putting towels in the wardrobe is odd - should be in bathroom. no instructions for coffee machine - or maybe didn’t work - but gave up and had tea !

The breakfast was amazing. Marcos and his team were great. One morning my breakfast took a long time to arrive and after that, Marcos made sure it was delivered quickly. Beautiful food too!

I was REALLY disappointed that the towels were washed every single day and I didn't ever get the option to keep them. I was only there 5 nights and would have gladly used them more than once. Please can you look at this from an environmental perspective, without just the "greenwashing" most other hotels do of course!

seriously recommend this hotel. The staff were incredible and made our time so special - huge shout out to steffi in particular, who from our first call to check in made me so excited to stay here and then proceeded to make sure that our stay was so special. The design was stunning, and the facilities were incredible

Not enough sun beds for guests at the pool

Incredibly beautiful hotel, with an even more stunning view from the room and the rooftop. The pool and jacuzzi were spectacular. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly.

The lifts were a bit confusing, one of them didn’t go to the rooftop and the others didn’t go to the wellness area with the sauna and steam rooms, so we kept having to send one of them down before calling another one.

When we arrived our room was not ready but member of staff Jude was very helpful and professional. His customer service was excellent.Thank you Jude.Hotel is very modern. We enjoyed our stay there and definitely will come back again.

Little things- like slippers -we hade to call to reception to get them and toothpaste. I would expect those things in a room.
