This property is a wonderful place to stay as a family in London. We stayed for four nights and the communication with William and Laura prior to arrival, as arriving and throughout the stay was amazing. It was great to have two separate bedrooms and a living area for the family to unwind after a long journey or day exploring. Best part…a wonderful cafe and Italian deli around the corner, plus Tesco Express for essentials.

The washer and dryer took a bit to understand (more user issues than property).

You need to have data on your phone in order to use the app that opens the Door to the apartment building and door to the apartment.

Beautiful flat in great, quiet location in Pimlico - less than 10 minutes to 2 Tube stations (plus Victoria National Rail and Coach stations). Very clean and tidy, great communication from owner and housekeeper - quick to respond to queries. Electronic lock system, felt secure. 3 double beds in 3 separate rooms so good privacy - more space than was expecting really! Everything we needed for our weekend stay. Nice to have tea/coffee/milk on arrival. Nearby shops meant easy to get supplies, lots of little places to eat/get coffee in surrounding area. No issues getting security deposit back - quick and easy.

Great location and always a pleasant stay. Cosy, comfortable and spacious apartment. Well thought through layout complete w considerate and practical touches such as sensor lights, tucked away ladder, washing machine and dryer, connected kitchen / diner. Makes you feel like it’s a home away from home.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as we had expected. Fortunately the host, William, responsive as always helped us see to it!

The flat was quiet at night. We had plenty of room for family with everything we needed. There’s a small supermarket at the end of the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to public transport and walking distance to some great tourist sites.

The place was clean and roomy.

The app I was instructed to download did not work. I had to call the housekeeper and management a few time before I was able to reach someone who was able to unlock the door on their end. That was pretty inconvenient considering it was a international call for me and time wasted waiting to get it the property after a long flight and train ride to get there.

Nicely updated, clean, and larger-than-expected flat. Kitchen was very functional. Owner/manager were easy to work with. It overall exceeded our expectations.

The shower and bath floor tile were clean but addressing the aging grout and calcification would be an improvement.

Properly is ideally located to all central spots. Perfect for groups wanting to explore the city.

Towels were wet when we arrived. Nice that they were washed, but we wanted to use them on arrival and they were still wet. Neighbours upstairs were noisy at unfavourable hours too but this could only be heard from one bedroom.

Location was perfect! Easy walk to many things and safe and lovely. Easy tube ride to other attractions. We would stay there again!
