The location is exceptional.Very close to Westminster Cathedral,walking distance to Buckingham Palace. But most importantly,its a quiet,cosy Hotel with very friendly staff. It got a family like feeling to it and information is given freely. A definate return will follow and also a recommondation to other friends. Good price for the value you get. Hot shower,good bed. What more can one ask for??? Many thanks....a grateful customer.

I've stayed here twice now and will again in the future. The location is perfect as it is just a short walk from Victoria station. The beds are comfortable, the members of staff I've met are friendly, the showers are great and the wifi works well.

It didn't bother me because I travel light, but the stairs may be difficult to manage if you have a big case with you.

The Grapevine seems to share the reception with Sheriff Hotel. I booked The Grapevine but I was given a room at Sheriff. Having been in both hotels in the past, I can confirm that Sheriff is much better quality. Room very clean, a good smell in it and in the common areas, nice bathroom and decent bedroom size. I have appreciated the kettle in the room with everything to make coffee. Very flexible with check in time, I arrived at 11.00 pm and there was no issue.

It's unbearably hot in there, but this seems to be a common problem in all old buildings in London.

We loved staying here absolutely worth the money we checked in no problems and the room nice and clean I didn't expect a massive room it's London but it's location is perfect staff was lovely and polite we will be coming back to stay it's a lovely little place and nice and quiet too I give it 5 stars for location and the price we paid

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel and I think personally the bad reviews I've seen are not fair you can see it's getting a makeover and we loved it for location can't fault it

Good location for Victoria coach and tube station. The room was clean. Well worth the money paid

The room is compact and if staying any longer than a couple of days, it would have been too small. The room could have done with some better window dressing other than just blinds

There no breakfast options that I don't like but at least should be there breakfast options because early morning you have to go outside for breakfast doesn't make sense this is my opinion but although I came for treatment purpose but I managed thank you.🙏

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious bed, nice and clean toilet/bathroom.

The heater/boiler is not so efficient.

perfect location for working in the Victoria/Pimlico area.

The property is undergoing some renovations currently which did not disturb me but may bother others. The single rooms are very small but again, this is fine for me.

The location was handy, not far from Victoria station. The bed was comfy, shower was good, lots of tea and coffee provided. The staff were friendly and my stay was very nice.

The TV plug didn't reach any sockets...

I really like my room. But I did have a few problems. Like The stairs to the room, the curtains weren’t hung well. The curtains were falling. The dry paint on the window was falling. Looked like a mess on the floor. There was like idk how to describe it. The doors, windows are really old. Needs sorting out. Other then that. It was a lovely staff. Really friendly staff. Top notch comfort.

The furniture and that. It’s old and seems like it’s breaking very slowly.
