COVE Arne Street

The layout was great and worked perfectly for us. There was A TON of storage which was really helpful and appreciated. The location was excellent (minus the construction going on outside - but that can’t be helped). the design of the apartment was very nice.

It needs a little bit of upkeep and TLC. Overall it was very nice but there was a broken coat rack threatening to fall over at any time, a couple areas of peeling paint, a couple broken bits here and there, etc. that stood out in an otherwise really nice and clean space. Also the lights in the cabinets above the TV in the main room never turn off: their switches are installed too far in and never make contact with the closed doors. The washer/dryer never got clothes especially dry (though that may have been user error on our part). But these are nitpicks. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and would gladly stay there again.

Sitting room window was stuck wide open when we arrived - appt v cold. We couldn't move it so had to call company. Also the heating was set to not go above 17 degrees which we found cold - there weren't any instructions on how to adjust heating and after trying several times we again had to call the company. The bathroom towel rail also didn't work and the bathroom was very cold. The maintenance person resolved this but the following morning the towel rail was again not working. Suggest that the cleaning staff report any problems they encounter so that problems can be resolved before visitors arrive.

Awesome location close to everything in Covent garden and at the same time in a quiet street and just next to the tube. The apartment is big and roomy, clean, nicely decorated, has two shower rooms and very well equipped. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. We got great customer service when needed.

The beds were too small for us and less comfortable. Missing air conditioning (we stayed during a hot week in August). There are fans in the apartment but during the very hot days it was not enough.

when I arrived at nearly midnight, the street felt a bit dark and 'shabby'. I was concerned that if my pincode to the door (with the unlit corridor behind it) would not work, that I'd have no idea what to do... But all went well and it was perfect

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the 1bedroom apartment. The location was excellent. We were right next to nero cafe, and other shops and restaurants, and 15min walk to oxford street. It was quiet, haven't heard of any noise from the street or construction. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't ask for more for an apartment in London! Would visit again!

A beautiful little apartment in the perfect spot for theatre and a night out.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, there was a dip in the middle that we both kept rolling into. the mattress needs replacing and I woke up with a sore back (didn’t sleep very well at all) and ended up laying on the sofa.

Wonderful location. Right in the heart of Covent Garden and everything it has to offer.

Bad smell from drain in bathroom. No long mirror for Mrs G. We were going to garden party at Buck. Palace and she really wanted to see how she looked.

The key collection was straight forward, the apartment was furnished beautifully, the beds were very comfortable and the location was very central.

The apartment was cold and we weren't able to turn the heating on. I think the property are working on resolving that issue.

Very stylish apartment in a great location for Covent Garden and West End. Property was very comfortable, well equipped for a short stay and appeared secure. The neighbourhood seemed quite safe for families.

There were two large developments taking place across the small lanes to either side of the property. These are both large construction sites with heavy drilling starting from 8/8:30am. Imagine it is unfortunate that these were both taking place at the time of our stay and given the activity on both sites may be short lived. However, we were up early anyway with young kids so didn’t impact our sleep. But if you wanted to sleep beyond 8am you might be struggling. Work stopped about 5:30pm/6pm so no evening or overnight noise. Other than that the only improvements I would recommend would be upgrading the TV to a Smart TV so those staying would have access to their own streaming TV services. The facilities listed cable TV channels but I didn’t find anything above limited Freeview channels.

Love the design and space. Location is great and everything was generally lovely.

Would be great to have a few more helpful kitchen items like oil, salt and pepper etc and a list of cookware so if you’re planning ahead to host you know what equipment you have.
