wat can I say, location was great very central plenty of shops, cafes restaurants in a short walkin distance, 20min walk from Euston station or £10 in a taxi or short walk from Holborn underground! staff were very friendly, 24 hour complimentary tea,coffee and refillable water bottles! perfect touch!! our room was a queen but wasn’t that big bit of a squeeze with bed, couch bed pulled out but is fine for short stays. it also had air conditioning, desk an chairs, wardrobe,tv, an kettle an complimentary shower gels shampoo and body cream, it was a clean hotel from top to bottom an had lovely view of the park, the courtyard at the front of the hotel is a lovely place to sit. there is a lovely little cafe in the park opposite that does a gorgeous breakfast! check out was early but not to worry as they have a room to store your belongings an Also have a shower room you can use after checkout before heading home!

could have done with a mini fridge an a couple of extra pillows!

Location near to The Royal College of Surgeon. Also near to few theaters. London underground is also nearby about 5mins walk.

Location is superb!! minutes walk from the tube, quiet beautiful neighbourhood. Great terrace to sit in and constant refill of water and hot drinks were a real treat.

On our last visit the room did not have basic amenities such as a fridge and a safe, so we had to carry our passports all days.. Also, since Covid, the new room cleaning policy has this nagging ritual of having to ask for towels to be changed every morning. Used cups are not replaced and at times trash was not cleaned either. Only every 3 (!) nights. For 300 pounds a night you'd think that's a basic service to expect.

Fantastic location. Very clean and modern. Great staff. Splendid views. Considering how central the location is it is unbelievably quiet! Close to Holborn underground station and surrounded by great places to eat and drink.

Feels a little cramped and disjointed. You need to book the best room you can because if you're anywhere other than elevated and facing the park you could be anywhere, in which case there's little point in paying the premium to stay here.

Excellent central location beside LSE. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice terrace bar in front of the hotel. Appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby when we arrived. Especially appreciated being able to check in and get our room straight away even though we arrived early. Thanks for that.

It was strange not having a toilet in the lobby area. You had to either use your room or else get a pass key for the lift and go down a couple of flights to one. Another thing to be aware of if you book a room for three adults is that the triple rooms only have a small double bed and a single pull out couch bed with a thin mattress, not the most comfortable for a larger adult.

very central location but also quiet and felt secure, a lot of cafes restaurants supermarket by walk, holborn tube very close too, very nice staff, free coffee and water and you can refill your bottle of water

we stayed there 5 nights and they didn't clean our room at all those days, although fresh towels and soap were given when asked. I also didn't like the carpets from floor to floor but I guess it's only my issue with carpets

Good location close to most of the West End Theatres. Complimentary Tea and Coffee in reception a mice touch

Bathroom could of been cleaner

The location of the hotel is great - a 3-min walk from the Holborn tube station, across from a beautiful small park, very quiet and safe. The room was not big but enough for two of us, with comfortable beds. The room was sound proof - we did not hear anyone around when we were in the room. AC worked very well - quiet and efficient. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good for the price (£8.50). We ate at the hotel almost every morning. We would stay here again in the future.

Excellent location. 5-10 mins walking distance from Covent Garden, Russel St, and the Theatres area. 3 mins walking distance from tube and several bus stations. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quite basic but comfortable, with a very good mattress in the bed. The very good coffee in the lobby is a great addition, and the fitness center is very nice as well. In summary, though it is expensive (like everything else in London), this hotel is a very good choice and I highly recommend it.

The room was a bit old and could use a renovation. Housekeeping is not coming every day, as it is only upon request. I believe that could be included as a daily service like in every 4 stars hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had rung to ask if they could store our luggage but they informed us our room was available when we arrived so we were able to get into our room early and settle in before starting our evening. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The ensuite bathroom was a reasonable size, the shower was powerful and the bathroom desteamed quickly. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet despite it being a Saturday night. Free refreshments were available in the lounge when we arrived which again were very welcome. They had a lovely cocktail bar outside the hotel and a park just opposite. The hotel is extremely close to Holborn tube which was really helpful as we were attending a theatre production near Piccadilly so could just hop onto the tube back to the hotel. It was also easy to reach St Pauls and The Swan, next to the Globe theatre where we spent Sunday and they were kind enough to store our luggage for collection on the way home. I had left my sunglasses in the room, and housekeeping quickly got in touch to say they had them in lost property on Monday morning.

Would have liked a smaller towel as well as a big towel to wrap my hair in after the shower.
