The staff at the reception and the housekeeping staff were very helpful in every aspect. The restaurant section staff were incredible. They worked very professionally and did everything to make our breakfasts extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The room size was ideal and the location was very central.

The negativities I mentioned have absolutely nothing to do with the staff, they tried to do their best despite the lack of opportunities. As others have mentioned, it is a little noisy at night due to the central location. But the main negative thing for us was that unfortunately the baby crib we wanted was just taken down to the room. There was not even a pillow or quilt suitable for baby sizes. Moreover, even though we asked, we learned that it was not available. If there is a crib for babies, they should also have appropriate bedding. Also, since it was old, cold air was coming from the windows. 

Clean and comfortable. Beds and rooms very good.

Staff lady checking me in was abrupt but her colleague was much nicer who helped me. Also had to call reception three times to get hairdryer as hair dryer in my room was faulty. Breakfast bought to my room was amazing in fact it was perfect ( full English ) 😊

The location was perfect. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Ariela, who went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in comfortably. She was incredibly helpful the next day as well, allowing me to extend my checkout time to accommodate a business meeting I had arranged in the hotel. The room was on the smaller side but perfect—modern, and very comfortable. The best part was the peace and quiet at night; I was able to get a great night's sleep without any noise disturbances. The bathroom was beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a convenient and relaxing stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return!

My one and only issue was the lack of signage at the front of the hotel. I arrived when it was dark and I was looking for the usual Radisson Blu sign so I ended up walking past the hotel a few times.

Location was fantastic, and made getting around London easy. The hotel staff were lovely and check in and out was simple. The room had a great bathroom, view and comfy bed. The front desk allowed us to check in early without charge at around midday .

The standard room is very small but a postive is the window opened and the view was great. There were a few issues with the room that let it down, but to be clear we didn't raise them with the staff and given our experience I guess they'd have likley attempted to fix the issues. Large mark on the carpet down the side of the bed and the carpet also required more hoovering. The glass table in the room was chipped alongside the front edge and needed replacing. The hairdryer didn't work.

Nice ambiance fragrance when you step into the hotel. Staff was helpful. Room was decent size and clean. Toilet amenities were well provided. While there was no mini fridge in the room, the staff offered me a potable small fridge which was handy for my medicine. Location is really good as it walking distance from both Leicester Square and Covent Garden stations., making travel to places very convenient. Food options are superb, spoilt for choice. There is a theater just right across the hotel which offered superb theatre performance.

Room rates is only the higher side but considering the location, the price is on par with the rest of hotels in the vicinity.

I loved the location. It is central to major tourist attractions and popular neighborhoods. Many things were 5-10 min walk. It was very safe in our location and there were so many delicious food options around. We were never bored and tried different foods every night.

My only dislike was that the rooms are quite small and virtually no storage for clothes. If you have a suitcase bigger than a carry one it very difficult to move around the room or even get out of the bed. Additionally the closet for hanging clothes is quite small and was in the washroom for my original room.

Location fantastic. Great reception staff, friendly and informative, clean and inviting ground floor entrance and restaurant/bar area. Breakfast options superb, excellent choice with great, attentive waiting staff. Good facilities in the room, ie shoe shine kit, vanity kit, slippers. Good air con and a lovely view. My friend had a cake in his room as it was his birthday. A wonderful touch

Lifts were a bit tricky to navigate but by the end of the stay we sorted it! No biccies with the tea tray, which was hidden away in a cupboard, would have been nice to just have immediate access. Smell of damp in one of our rooms on 7th floor, was overwhelming at first but cleared as the stay progressed, wasn't uncomfortable but may need looking into.

Well situated, great value and nice restaurant which we had no problems booking even though it was 2 days before Xmas and very busy. Would definitely stay again if I visit Covent Garden.

Excellent Covent Garden pied à terre. It's modern yet cosy, comfortable and warm. It has charm and character as it's an old building with modern fittings and décor. The room was comfortable although the technology is outdated vs. the most modern boutique hotels. The location is brilliant for Covent Garden, Soho, the West End theatres and shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street. It's one of the spokes of Seven Dials, so it's tight cobbled streets and in December it's magically beautiful, with the Christmas lights all around the building and the central sundial column. The meeting room facilities are excellent and the food in the restaurant is top notch.

Overall the hotel is fantastic and the only negative point was relatively minor. The experienced staff were absolutely brilliant and some of the best in London. As with many hotels in London post-Brexit they have new staff who although well-intentioned caused me an inconvenience by making a mistake on the restaurant till and overcharging me substantially. Their colleagues were incredibly apologetic, proactive and professional about it, but nonetheless it slightly soured the experience for me and knocked it down from a 10/10 to a 9/10.

The front of desk staff were amazing from our arrival to departure always a warm welcoming smile The breakfast team are fantastic always a smile always asking if we are ok and if anyone has an allergy, etc. They truly are worth rewarding with merit awards . The location of this hotel is probably the best in london if you want theatre, shopping,nightlife and ability to see all the toursit hot spots a small walk and your were you want to be . The hotel staff are all amazing and really make the Radfison Blu a special place to stay From me and my children thankyou and we will return
