Excellent location, close to public transport. Room and bed were a good size and quite comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great in room facilities and the continental breakfast was good.

The automatic door closers are quite strong and cause some doors to slam shut noisily, rather annoying to be woken by it. A/c unit made odd noises on occasion and there was a humming noise on one occasion from the ducting behind the TV (rm 3). It didn’t go on for long and did not disturb too much. Please provide tissues in the room (plenty of other amenities) and if possible offer feather pillows on request.

Prime location, stylish traditional building, in good shape, great pub and vibe downstairs, pleasant free breakfast offering – simple but nice. Bathroom and shower all modern and functions as expected, hot water etc. Not always a given in London! Walking distance from Underground station, supermarket, etc.

A bit pricey, had to move out because of a price spike over the weekend. Rooms are small, but that’s typical for anywhere in London I guess. Two taps in the sink – I know it’s a charming old tradition from the time of the Crusades or whenever, but it’s just not functional at all. One tap with a handle that allows you to set temperature once and for all does the trick very nicely. Do mind you need to go up and down stairs for rooms, which may be a challenge for some people.

Loved the interiors and the bar and restaurant. The rooms are a lovely size and are very well equipped. The bathrooms are fabulous with lovely free standing baths and separate showers. Lovely authentic decor and considered details. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful and kindly stored our luggage for us. We were able to arrange a late checkout too which was most helpful. Highly recommend Aragon House

Our room was at the back of the property with rather high small windows that didn’t open. The rooms facing the street are much nicer as they have huge sash windows so flooded with light. It was a bit of a windy route to get to our room but not the end of the world.

We enjoyed the location of this property very much. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent modern walk-in shower, bathroom as a whole was lovely and very clean. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and we had a Sunday roast lunch which was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there is nowhere to sit in the public area if you are resident. Aragon House is a very busy Pub and Restaurant so unless you are in your room or are eating/drinking downstairs there is nowhere to go to sit / relax. The fitted carpet in our room was a little grubby.

Great to have Breakfast included.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. AC/Heater was a bit noisy at night. Propped the bathroom door open so that hear from radiator helped heat the bedroom so we did not have to run the mini split at night.

Have stayed here before and will stay again as fast becoming our go to hotel when in London. Love the location overlooking Parsons Green and a very short walk to the tube and also the hotels buzzing bar and restaurant. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant once again and the service was friendly and polite. In fact all staff make you feel very welcome. The rooms can be fairly small but they are perfectly formed. I.e very comfortable with all you need including a coffee machine, drinks fridge and a good shower.

Location was very good as I stayed the night before running the Thames Path Challenge. Atmosphere is very lively in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and hard to fault. Everything was top quality. As I needed to eat breakfast earlier than the usual serving time, one of the staff members ensured that everything was laid out and ready for me at 7AM. This was really kind above and beyond what I expected.

Staff serving dinner were lovely but the bread and olives starters and drinks took ages to arrive. Difficult to know what the delay was. And then within a few minutes, we were served the main course. This was a bit bizarre as we had no time to enjoy the drinks. We stayed in Room 12 which is on the top floor and the ceiling to the entrance way to the room at the top of the stairs is very low. My partner banged his head very badly and a little warning sign above might be helpful for tall people. Lastly there is a fire exit sign in the bedroom that is lit up and it was quite disturbing and distracting at night. I was facing the door and found it very difficult to sleep with the light shining straight at me.

the hotel was picked for location primarily but I was very happy with it. There were lots of little touches that made it special - fresh milk and fresh filtered water in the fridge, nice toiletries, a safe, a tasty complimentary continental breakfast, very good choice of tv channels - in addition to a comfortable bed. I’d been concerned that it may have been noisy but absolutely not. Staff were excellent.

The lock for my room caused real problems getting in. I’d to ask for help on more than one occasion but this was willingly given - and the lock is to be looked at.

Its a great location on Parsons Green, close to the tube station and the Kings Road. Near lots of shops and eateries. It has a great bar and restaurant downstairs and very friendly staff. Great rooms which are comfy with a nice selection of mini bar treats and Cowshed bathroom products. Nice sheets and towels

Pillows could do with updating, and the maintenance man needs to go through each room and check everything - its obviously very busy and unless guests report something needs attention, it doesn't get checked. Nothing bad, but just a few things to be checked.

Almost everything- I booked a cosy double and it was small as expected but perfectly formed. Great view from our room overlooking the green with minbar and Nespresso machine & ample storage. Very modern bathroom with power shower & a comfortable bed. Ideal for our two night stay. A bonus for us was in the evening the very popular bar and restaurant was really lively which we loved too.I had seen this on the write up which encouraged me to book. Staff were also excellent as they were very helpful & managed to find us lovely table at short notice that evening to eat and also a taxi the next day to the wedding. For future weekends in London this will definitely be the place to book as easy 5 minute walk back to West Brompton tube and into London.

If I was to be picky the breakfast was the only disappointment in the entire stay. Would have preferred a proper coffee rather than the little push button self serve machine. However the breakfast buffet selection was ample and you could order a cooked breakfast at extra cost.
