The scenery, being exceptionally close to the helicopter pad watching the helicopters land and fly off. Close to the Riverside, the restaurant and food was good. the jacuzzi and steam. The room was nice and big. The hotel overall is very attractive inside, nicely decorated and clean. I like the fact they had a excerise bike in the lounge area close to my room which I didn't actually get to use. I did use the gym.

Swimming pool was ridiculously small. The room got stuffy at night. Couldn't open windows although there is air con.To operate the lighting was difficult because you had to operate via the TV.

the spa closed at 7pm I didn’t get to use it an that the reason I booked the hotel was very annoyed plus it was my brothers birthday

The room was lovely, and the hotel itself really nice. Fantastic location and made it nice and easy for long walks along the Thames. Staff were friendly on arrival and during the stay. The gym and spa facilities were easily accessible and nice to use during the stay.

The spa is not set up for use or staffed all the time. On the day I arrived there wasn't anyone on the desk when I entered the spa and the sauna and steam room were switched off so I used the gym and jacuzzi. On the day I checked out I went up to the spa just after 9am (publicised as open at 9) and it was all locked up. I called down to reception and they did come straight up, unlocked it and turned everything on for me. As checkout was at 1030 the sauna was not at temperature in time for me to use it however i was able to get half an hour in the steam room and jacuzzi before my check out time. This was a little disappointing as the spa facilities was the reason for booking this particular hotel.

Thank you SARA and SAM for your great attitudes and helpful advice; arrival made smooth by easy access to parking. Getting a taxi was also made smooth and efficient and Sara was able to confirm the price so I didn't feel as though I was being "conned" when I got in the taxi - that's great protection for a guest! Very nice, comfortable room which was immaculately clean and had a superb modern bathroom. Lovely jacuzzi and spa area - very private and again, immaculately clean with clean fresh towels. Had a great stay. Thank you and see you again - truly value for money! Oh and not forget the restaurant area which overlooks the Thames - breakfast was perfect and again, staff were superb!

Better signage to reception and from the car park to the lifts. Need to be clear that there's a £50 refundable deposit - fine for me but might put others into difficulty.

Due to illness we had to change our travel date to early May - Although this was a non changeable prepaid booking the hotel reception was very kind and let us make a date change without extra charges. That was a kind and generous offer -Thank you We visited bar/restaurant for drinks and breakfast -- the barman prepared some excellent Cocktails and the full English breakfast was very good - we were given the choice be the waiter to have our eggs prepared to our individual choice which was a nice touch The underground parking facilities are very good and the charge is reasonable for central London

Jakuzi and whole bathroom, and the most of all was the bed itself, make sleep like a baby

When we park the car on the garage, there was shortage of signs where the way out to the hotel is, we were walking lost around the parking for 10 minutes, to solve the maze where the exit door is!

We were very pleased with the hotel and our room. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The location on the river was lovely.

For the standard of the hotel, the breakfast was very disappointing. Just ordinary sliced white or brown bread. No nice, fresh bread rolls or rustic bread. Bacon was tough, hash browns were very hard and difficult to cut, sausages were not good. Some of the food felt as if had been heated up from the day before.

Our room was much bigger than we thought and we enjoyed our time so much that instead of staying for one night, we stayed for three. The spa was quiet so we managed to take advantage of it not being overcrowded. The breakfast was included the option to have additional items such as pancakes and waffles which was a nice touch and we loved enjoying our meals overlooking The Thames and views of Battersea and we watched a few helicopters take off and land which was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we look forward to staying there again.

I was not happy with the room allocated for me as I was hoping to have a room with a great view of the Thames River. I was also not pleased that we had to use the robe we already used in the bedroom in the spa facility. The spa facility needs some improvement and there has to be some sort of privacy so that the people using the gym are not watching you. There should also be a robe provided at the Spa and not ask the customer to reuse the spa one which they already used in their bedroom. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay £50 deposit just to make sure that I was spending the night there are although I paid the full price for the stay at forehand.
