liked the breakfast options, bottled water/coffee in room. great location and the staff were awesome. we liked having the extra sitting area to relax after walking 20,000 steps!

the shower was difficult to figure out. there was a spider in our bed the first night!! the carpet and paint looks a little "tired" but we were told there is a big renovation in the works, so hopefully that will spruce it up

We went to Olympia London for the Ideal Home show and this was literally on the doorstep. The room was so lovely and spacious. It was extremely quiet considering we were in a pub. We were welcomed the minute we walked through the door! Would definitely come here again. About a 10 minute walk to main shops and Hammersmith Station to go further into London, or buses right outside the oub. Local Tescos on the doorstep too for snacks. Tea, Coffee and scrummy chocolate in the room with complimentary water and beer in the fridge. Lovely pub food too for dinner. Breakfast was included and the bacon bap was to die for.

Everything was excellent from the minute I walked in and asked to leave my bag somewhere until I could have my room, to the minute I walked out of the door to come home. Proper character and feel to the place and every member of staff so friendly and keen to please. Rare. Room was huge, as was the bed ! Great shower, little kitchen with kettle and separate coffee machine, mini fridge with milk water and a beer ! I’m booking the same room for next years show at Olympia !

Top floor and no lift ! 🤪. The place is 10 foot ceilings style and it’s a good hike up. I’d still choose it for me mind 😊

I can’t rate our experience high enough. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were probably the friendliest. I have known staff to be in a hotel. I accidentally made an error with the booking. I braced myself for hostility (experienced in the past and other hotels), but the staff here was so understanding and changed the booking without any question. The food was lovely, and the mocha was among our best. Thank youTammy & Jaz, we will definitely be back!

A warm friendly welcome from start to finish. Hassle free. Great location for Queens Tennis. Our room was luxurious and extremely comfortable with a large fan and windows ajar to keep us cool. Wonderful comfortable mattress. Spotlessly clean with quality teas, coffees and toiletries. All our needs were met, the request of a teapot, champagne flutes and fresh milk in our room. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. Lovely kind caring attentive waitress. The highlight for us was coming back from Queens feeling tired and asking if we could have room service. Delicious plentiful food was delivered to our door which we could enjoy with a cuppa. Absolutely marvellous. That's great customer service! Thank you Hand and Flower for making our first visit to Queens such a memorable one. Great location. Barons Court Tube 14 minutes walk away. Kensington Olympia Tube runs on weekends and bank holidays only 3 minutes walk away. No 9 Bus runs frequently and takes you to all the sights. Conveniently located opposite Olympia. Check in til 11pm self check in thereafter.

Such beautiful character , clean , welcoming, comfortable, lovely touch leaving a complimentary beer and water in the fridge . food was amazing , but the star of the show had to be Jaz who greeted us from The start to the end , he was one of the nicest people we have ever met , funny , kind , and nothing was to much , he guided us perfectly for our days out . Really lovely to spend time time with someone who obviously loves their work .Really lovely pub ,would definitely come back and didn’t want to leave . Our children thought the whole experience was amazing.

I love old buildings with loads of character and this one didn’t disappoint. From the antique but tidy entry and stairway up, to the cute room, everything was decorated tastefully (I’ve seen some pretty questionable decorating choices, on my travels, so I appreciate when it’s done well) and clean enough. I manage airBnB’s so I’m very particular about cleanliness. The room was also very quiet; we were visiting in an off-season so I’m not sure how it is at busier times as it is directly above a p (cute) pub. There is two doors with key-card entries, before getting to room, so it felt very safe. We had a room with two twin beds and they were comfortable for us. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good and I did get a decent latte at the bar. For the price, the building and accommodation exceeded expectation.

It seemed far from anything walkable. We spent a lot of time navigating public transport and taking Uber. There is an underground station across the street but, to our understanding, it doesn’t run at all the usual hours as it’s off the popular train routes. Bathroom was tiny but that was totally ok for us. Maybe a problem for a bigger/ taller person. There wasn’t anyone at the little front desk so we had to wait for someone in the pub to check us in. This wasn’t a big deal to us but may be annoying to others and maybe it’s different in high season.

Liked the overall atmosphere and personnel. Everyone was supernice and especially girl serving breakfast went extra step and provided our little one a cup of warm milk. We also were leaving very early in the morning so they prepared for us breakfast pack that made our morning more likeable. The hotel is located very close to city center and has tube and bus very close as this was important for us with a 2 year old kid. The bed was super comfy as well.

The room itself looked a bit used and needs some renovation. f.e Sully room has wallpaper peeling off the walls. And the toilet seat cover is moving around.

First of all i have to talk about the people of the hotel who were A M A Z I N G. They were so ready to help in all situations!! Very friendly!! Also the breakfast was very nice! Simple but nice warm and enjoyable! The wifi was very good also! And even though there was the pub downstairs it wasn't loud! We liked the place!

There was no hot water. But other than that i do not have something bad to say. It was very nice!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. In particular, the waitress at the restaurant provided excellent service. When I mistakenly paid for only one breakfast instead of two for myself and my girlfriend, the staff immediately went out of their way to accommodate us and provided an additional breakfast free of charge. Their quick and helpful response was greatly appreciated. The hotel building exudes a delightful atmosphere and historic charm that makes it a unique and memorable stay. Overall, my experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
