Nice small and cozy hotel in Kensington. Comfortable beds, new bathroom. Everything was clean and room service everyday.

It says it is 200 meters away from tube station but it is railway station (KensingtonOlympia) and this is open only during weekends. To Hight Street Kensington underground it is about 4 bus stops. Which is ok, but I chosen this place especially that it is directly next to underground and I felt misled by the info..

Amazing location, incredible value, and brilliant staff. They were very friendly, helped me with my bags and gave local recommendations. Hospitality was top notch, the staff are a real asset to the hotel. Would recommend asking the staff if you want suggestions of what to do and where to go. Great area close to restaurants, transport links and really pretty surroundings. Cold bottled water available in the lobby which was a real bonus. Room was small but the price was incredible and definitely did the job for 4 people, included a spacious wardrobe and everyone has space to put things on the floor by their bed, so really not a problem. Sink in the bedroom was a really nice touch! Would recommend to others and would happily stay there again.

I know it’s difficult to keep communal bathrooms clean, but that being said they could be improved in terms of cleanliness. It would be nice if there were some cleaning supplies so guests could wipe down the area and clean it in the event they want to tidy up hair and any mess. That being said, the lobby area and corridors were very clean and well presented. Towels and sheets were spotless. No issues there!

As a solo traveller the location was within easy walking of buses to anywhere! I was on the top floor and had a great view over towards Holland Park and it was quiet. My room was clean and comfortable and made up every day. The cafe was open until 11.30am so I could start the day with a cup of tea. The staff were friendly and the checkin was easy as they give you a door code and my key was waiting. Overall good value and a pleasant stay.

I had to share the bathroom however that wasn't a problem. The cleanliness wasn't the best but I guess not everyone looks after the facilities for the next guest. The hotel provide a bath mat in your room that not everyone uses and so the floor can be wet. I'm glad I took flip-flops. I didn't feel the hotel paid enough attention to this facility.

This was a truly inviting and comfortable hotel that me and my friend stayed in. As students looking for a nice yet affordable place in London, this hotel was very very close to perfect!! Additionally, I cannot say enough about the kindness and warmth of your staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for which truly made our stay memorable. And the Iced coffees were amazing! We had them every morning as a way to start our day! Thank you for providing such a lovely environment for us. It's clear that you take pride in what you do, and it certainly does not go unnoticed. I look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

For us girlies is the need for a mirror closer to the daylight/window as makeup has to be 10/10 :D

Great location, very clean rooms and great housekeeping. Fairly quiet street and did not hear much noise from other guests at all.

Bed was not the most comfortable but nothing else was wrong.

The location of the hotel was great! It's in Kensington, one of the most peaceful and decent neighborhoods in London, and it was close to everywhere! You have the Kensington Olympia station 3-4 min walks away from the hotel you can take the overground and trains to many places, there are also many buses like 9, 27, and 28 that go to central spots and are very frequent, and Kensington High Street underground station was onlu 15 min walks away, and the walk to the underground station from the hotel was a really joyful one, as you cross the Holland Park, Design museum, and many cute cafes, shops, and markets. Location-wise, I really would recommend this hotel. And it had a decent price point for its beautiful location. Especially if you plan on touristing around London on a budget, and plan on visiting places all day and going to your room in the evening for sleeping, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Because it's an old hotel, there were no elevators, but that wasn't a huge problem, only a little challenging when we carried our luggage. Also, our room was a little hot, since it was June-July, but when we opened the windows it wasn't such a big problem.

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel. I'll start with staff which was amazing - hotel manager is very nice and talkaktive person and also very caring about his guests. Room was cleaned daily. I made a request about a kettle before I get there and staff considered my request and I had a kettle during my stay. Also the hotel is located in nice and quiet area of London with good connections to public transportation. So in my opinion this hotel is a great place to stay in London.

Noise from rooms - you can hear when people are shutting the doors, or they are stomping I don't mind it during the day, but some neighbors were noisy during night hours and it was disturbing but it's not a hotels fault.

A short walk ( 15-20 min) to Earl Court tube station, along Kensington High Street full of nice coffee/ breakfast small shops.

Very friendly staff and great hotel to stay at. Clean, simple and cozy hotel situated in a rather fancy neighborhood. I was impressed by the hospitality and relaxed vibe of the hotel. Very helpful staff and great to chat with! Soothing area - nice to get back to after day of exploring London! Walking distance to overground and bus stops. The Overground is only 1 stop from Sheppards Bush. (Overground is seemingly only functional during weekends)

The nearest bathroom was 1 step down in the hallway. Very small and unfortunately not very usable to me(due to the small size and narrow path of it). Nonetheless, not the greatest issue as there are other toilets and shower rooms on a lower floor. :) My specific room got quite hot at night.
