worst chick out I sow in my life , i paid for all in chick in when I’m checking out the receptionist told me you have to pay now again , after long discussions more than 40 mins they said we got the problem, it the system of marriot was changed second problem they gave me the deposit with old notes witch is NOT ACCEPTABLE ANY MORE IN ALL UK deposit 500 £ all currency offices didn’t accept it

Staff friendliness, helpfulness and location especially the staff at the door

Slow house keeping and room service. It takes a long time for our requests to be fulfilled sometimes even having to call more than once

The location, The big lobby, the breakfast, almost everything , the manager on duty looks even to small details, for my wife’s birthday they provided us an upgrade for bigger room and the Marriott signature chees cake. Thank you

Always at checkout , confusion starts, no proper verification of the bill, they may add other room service bills on your room so guest need to check also poor luggage service at checkout , water mixer at water basin is too small ( 75% of water spills outside the basin)

The room we were allocated had an issue and staff were quick to help and actually ended upgrading us to a suite which was incredible. I did put on a special request to do something for my mums birthday but never received a response to work out what to do. Overall the suite was incredible and I was thankful for the staff who went out of their way to help rectify the initial situation

I had two lengthy waits at reception which was frustrating but staff were always very helpful when I got to them. The first room we were allocated had very loud music, and had not been cleaned properly so we were moved. It was my first stay and I felt like regular/long stay guests get better attention from staff

Room cleanliness, towels changed frequently, bed comfortable, JW Steakhouse and location & staff. A warm welcome upon arrival and same person on departure, nothing was an issue and all calls answered promptly and everything addressed without delay, Stayed here twice now and will be returning later in the year and have 2 other Marriot hotels already booked this year.

A walk in shower would have been better [my Wife recently broke her hip so the step in/out was difficult]. Reception did have another room available but once we settled in / unpacked we stayed where we were. I had pre ordered a room away from the lifts, this was achieved but I asked to have a room no higher than the 5th floor [due to my wife's lack of mobility] in case of an emergency, too many stairs from the 7th floor where we were placed. We ordered 2 pizzas to our room and were charged an extra £5 for this, £45 for 2 pizzas was too much and we left the majority of the pizzas uneaten, they were poor.

The hotel has a restaurant called JW steakhouse- now if you like steak you will not be disappointed!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels that were cheaper than this per night and they went above and beyond with personal unique touches. This hotel just gives you the room and that’s it- no effort for anything welcoming especially when your celebrating something

An option for three adults on real beds would have been nice.

Our Initial room was not the right one then changed immediately to the one we had before so excellent.

Mini Bar not refilled after use cost us an extra £30.00 to have a drink brought up by Night service.Also my partner had a short pair of leather shorts but fashionable, told could not come in into restaurant, as not dress code, raise this with your check in people to make this observation to management.

Breakfast as always very good staff make you feel very welcome and special

When booking in I had to endeavour a very rude resident treating one of your staff in a totally unacceptable manner. Come on Grosvenor House get behind your staff Don’t allow this to happen your member of staff did nothing wrong and your other residents don’t want to witness this sort of behaviour
