The staff were very nice and cooperative, and the rooms were very clean as well.

I was staying in the 4th floor and the hallways including the room that I was staying in, smelt like the kitchen from the restaurants down below. The ventilation system was terrible to say the least.

The place looks and feels luxurious. Everything is clean and very well maintained (the shower ceiling had a fresh coat of paint for instance and the bathtub was spotless white). The toilet has a bidet! With multiple user memory settings :D We even had our luggage carried to our room. Made us feel like VIPs... Breakfast was delicious. Each day served the same variety of food, ranging from bacon and sausages to cereals and pastries and machine capuchino) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for was addressed quickly and professionally. Room service has excellent food! It uses the Gordon Ramsay restaurant kitchen and you can order anything of the menu. Did it twice, got it fast, hot and delicious. We opted for the all day lounge access with cocktails - had some beers and even worked as dinner one of the nights. Located practically on Oxford street - great for shopping. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

There are no light fixtures on the ceiling. All the light comes from standing lamps or the windows. It makes the room dark in the morning and at night. Also going around the room clicking half hidden switches wasn't particularly fun.

The location of the property is great. A 5 min short walk to Oxford Street, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer’s as well as many other places. All the staff were wonderful. We were hesitant to book because of some other reviews but happy we did! The a/c in the room wasn’t cooling when we were first got to the room. We immediately told the front desk and they took care of it right away. It ended up being cold in the room which was perfect in August. Breakfast was included and was very good. We enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the front street of the hotel.

food is a major major problem they have very limited option in the breakfast menu ! “did not like at Gordon Ramsay style” and breakfast in the lounge is very limited no in house kitchen to order food this is the only factor may effect my choice next time

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. We were in a suite so had access to the M lounge which was great. The quality of the toiletries, bedding, towels etc were very good. The bed was confortable and the shower was excellent.

Considering the cost of the suite it would have been nice to have fresh milk in the room along with one or two complimentary minibar options. Th pillows were too soft and there was no option to change these. The air conditioning system was too noisy so we had to turn it off and then the room became too stuffy and warm.

The location is perfect, right across the road from Selfridges and with Bond Street Station just round the corner. The hotel also has everything you need from restaurants to the gym. The service was friendly. Both the bathroom and bedroom is very spacious. Loved how you can cast to the TV if you’re a Marriott member. The air con also worked perfectly for us.

The room wasn’t spotless and we found some crumbs on the floor which weren’t from our own food. I also had a bad smell coming from my side of the bed. Also being a 5 star hotel I was surprised to see that the water wasn’t replenished and you only get 2 free bottles for your stay. The first I’ve experienced in a hotel. Service wise, the staff were lovely but I felt like the finer details were missed. We requested for an additional duvet to be in the room and this was acknowledged over message but did not happen. However we called room service for this and they came very quickly. I was emailed also prior to our stay to ask for the names of all guests, and I had responded. But upon arrival I was asked for this.
