The location is grate, close to most attractions and public transport. Two bathrooms and toilets, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable for family with children.

Beds are not comfortable enough, more glasses needed and some amentites like salt and pepper, frying oil ect. We were at ground floor appartment, it is a little bit noisy, mostly because of other guests from other apartments.

The apartment is in an excellent location near Underground stations and a park. The beds are comfortable. Checking in was very easy. The landlord is very friendly and accommodating. A great experience all around.

I may be nitpicking but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the living room. One sofa only seats two and we had three adults. Also the dryer function didn't seem to dry the clothes. We had to hang them.

Location, very comfort beds and facilities..

It needs good clean ..the company that do the clean is not that profesional.. however i confirm that i didn't report to host that apartment need better clean and am sure if i report that from 1st day they will have fast response.

It’s an apartment so not the full services you will have such as daily breakfast or cleaning..etc so that’s normal I liked the location it’s really perfect the heart of mayfair I loved the location 100% for me this is the best location to live in if you visiting London Mayfair is the best (Selfridges and Oxford street by walk u can reach them within a 7-10 minutes) ( New bond street 2 minutes) (Mount street 2 minutes) if u r visiting london for a shopping absolutely u will love to stay at this apartment + all the coffees and the fancy restaurants u can reach them with 2 minutes by walk For the facilities: Having a secure code to enter is excellent And 2 keys for the apartment The heating system was good Showering was good TV is boring Safety box not bad Iron good Washing machine for clothes was good Kitchen with full equipment that was helpful Not all the plugs 🔌 working in the apartment I was struggling with this a lot to charge our phones , portable chargers , blower dryer ..etc That’s it , thanks

What I didn’t like nothing much about the apartment It all about London London is not safe You can’t walk at the night even early night like 9:00 pm you should use uber or taxi And omg in london they have the worst uber and taxis are always full u will never find one empty to stop for u or pick u up specially in mayfair area, uber are not respectful at all they might reach to your destination but hidden they don’t want u to ride and don’t want to cancel the trip so they would be charged if they cancel it , so they just left u there to cancel it by ur own and they will charge u full amount without even have the ride So uber and taxis are the worst in London U might be in a safe hands if u order an uber Luxuray but u will pay the tribble amount so be ready for this The area not safe in the night and the whole areas in London u can’t walk , I’ve been attacked at 9:00 pm and I saw in the morning someone stools a lady phone Anyhow, the apartment was good and the host was supportive in everything we asked him for .
