I have been staying Marylebone apartments for 9 years so know what to expect. Pluses are that it is more spacious and cheaper than the average hotel room and we can do our own cooking, or breakfast. Plus not disturbed by hotel staff all the time. Fit and finish is rather basic but it is comfortable enough, not withstanding the heat. Location is superb between Marylebone and Edgware Road stops on Tube. It presents good value compared to a hotel.

Huge lumpy pillows, there is no air con, and if you are in the rooms at the top of the house you have to drag your bags up to 50+ stairs.

(the one bedroom in ground floor) - Fantastic location. Very clean. Reasonably comfortable. Good temperature inside. Well stocked and clean bathroom. Good (albeit small) kitchen

A little compact (but you saw that from the pics and description). Would be comfortable for two. A little less so for 3. Too tight for 4 I would say. Would appreciate hooks and shelves inside to hang the coats/jackets for example. But no major complaints. (Note there were no replies to written communication, but very helpful when you call them up on the number provided (so may as well remove the messaging option?)

I have been staying here on and off for nine years and there are various advantages including location (between Marylebone and Edgware Road stations), size (bedroom, living room, kitchenette, toilet) and the fact I can buy my food and make my own breakfast. I am not worried about getting up in time to meet a hotel breakfast schedule and eat things I don't like, nor am I have room service knocking every morning. At the right time it is usually competitive compared to the price of most hotels.

I was up 48 stairs so cursing every one as I dragged my bags up there (no lifts). The bathroom is tiny and the shower temperamental, never did get the right temperature going.

Great location close to the tube with plenty of space in a lovely-fronted building - we stayed in number 4 on the 3rd floor. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights in London, in a little side street that was pretty quiet for being so close to the tube etc. Also a short walk to cafes, shops etc. Great sized living room and bedroom, with a small kitchen and bathroom (shower cubicle only) but perfect for what we needed and great value for London. Tv in both rooms and well equipped kitchen. The keyless entry system was great. If you stay with young children, definitely look up the Princess of Wales memorial play park in St James’s park, well worth a visit and only a few stops on the tube.

The place was a little dusty, but it didn’t really bother us. Note that there is no lift if you’re on a higher floor. From the 3rd floor we could hear a little rumble of the underground - not sure how loud it would be on lower floors - although our 3 year old loved being able to hear it!

Property in a great location, comfortable and clean

Leak in sitting room skylight, no way to lock/deadbolt apartment door on the inside (initially given wrong apartment number and walked in on guest)

The beds were comfortable, as well as the sofa bed in the living room. We were thankful of the washing machine, besides all the functioning facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Location was PERFECT—you're close to the shopping streets, such as Oxford street, there is Tesco Express nearby, as well as restaurants. Loved using the metro during my stay since the Marylebone station was only 5-10 minutes away from the apartment.

Not very important, but we checked in a bit later cause when we arrived, they were still cleaning the room. Hopefully, we could've gotten an extra time during our check-out to compensate for the late check-in. Also, wouldn't recommend for a family of four, especially with kids and big luggages because the room isn't spacious enough for plenty of opened luggages.

The location of the apartment is easy to find and excellently placed for travelling on the underground, and by bus. The apartment is clean with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, we were warm and mostly very comfortable. I mentioned that I was travelling with my Mum who is 83 years young, we were given apt 1 which was on the ground floor and much appreciated. Lastly, there is a very handy Tesco Express close by, along with a nice pub and opposite it a fabulous fish and chip shop.

The only negative thing was the sofa which was also a sofa bed, this was hard and uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the manager when he called on our last day to enquire if we had enjoyed our stay, which we had, but would hope the sofa bed could be swapped for something more comfortable for future occupants.

The staff was very professional and courteous. We arrived at Heathrow at 11am, and called to see if we could drop off our bags. The woman who answered called the people cleaning up the apartment, and let us leave our things there. The cleaners were uniformly friendly and polite. The apartment had a small kitchenette with clothes washer, and we used both. There were sufficient utensils, cutlery, etc, if you wanted to cook, but we just had breakfast there. It was also on a quiet street. There is construction across the street, but they didn't start until 8:30am during the week.

The location was awesome. Bus stop and tube stations are few steps away. And for the location, the price of the property was fine. The rooms were small, but I guess it is a case of all the central London properties. Host was friendly. It was a nice family stay.

Bathroom was very tiny, never saw such tiny bathroom in my life, but again, central London is very expensive and its a general case all over the London. Found similar bathroom in another hotel, so not their fault as such.

Very simple, a code was emailed to me about an hour ahead of check in. Once we arrived the code was easy and efficient to get into the apartment. The flat is very close to regents park as well as several tube stations. Great for groups and had plenty of room. Washer dryer was great and the team was always very helpful with more towels, toilet paper, soap etc.

The apartment is in a great location but it is still a little far from the center of town. We completely knew that going in but still something to know. There was a little issue with the carpeting right by the door coming up but the team was informed of that and was fixed.
