The hostel is on the upper floor of a traditional pub, just beside a tube station. It's a very strategic location to go anywhere in London, and there are a lot of stores and supermarkets around, which can be very handy. I stayed in a 6-beds room and space was good. Beds were comfortable enough, and the linens were impeccably clean. There are very few showers, but they're good and kept very clean.

Because of the location, there's a lot of noise coming from the street, which can be a challenge to sleep even late at night. Beds are a little squeaky adding to the noise, too, and there are no individual bed lights.

It was centrally located,clean and budget friendly. The staff were generally friendly. Some much more than others. Thanks to Daisy for sorting out some small problems.

They said I'd be in the same bed so I left some stuff on the bed. When I got back it had been moved to a locker but my dirty washing was nowhere to be found and it contained a vital medical piece of clothing.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good. The room I was in, was facing the street and it can get noisy (I didn't have a problem with that, I'm a heavy sleeper, but my roommate for example, had some trouble). If you're coming at night, you might find the bathroom a bit messy, but they clean it everyday after lunch. There's also a bar downstairs, great beer/really tasty burgers and they also have a lunch special between 12 and 4. Really nice staff, had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

The space between beds it's a bit narrow, so if you're a bit claustrophobic I recommend you get the top bed (I was in the middle). Soap in the bathroom would be nice.

Hostel attached above a decent pub so easy check in, even arriving very late and no need to go far to find food or drink. Really friendly staff. Brilliant location right next to edgeware tube station bakerloo line. Very easy to find pub/hostel. Room was clean and clean linen on beds. All with own power socket. Felt pretty recently furnished which was nice.

I stayed in a three bed female dorm in the middle bunk. Room is pretty tiny like a closet, luckily my roomies were friendly and considerate. So apart from the room size it was great. As you would expect for a hostel. I only stayed one night so no idea if there is a guest kitchen etc.

The location is brilliant, as I was in London for a week, mainly for the festivals in Hyde Park (15min walk), plus its next door to Edgware Rd Station, so access to anywhere in London is possible 😉👍 There has been a heatwave whilst I was there, so the rooms & pub where quite warm, but didn't affect me, just an excuse for a cold beer or 10 😜🙈🤣🤣🤣 lol Would stay here again or any other PubLove hostels, as I have stayed at the Exmouth Arms before & will be there again in Oct for a night, as I catch a flight the day after & its very close to Euston Station 😉👍

Lovely little hostel, rooms were nice, the property is well maintained. The showers were lovely, some of the best I've seen. Most of the staff were great, especially the woman who runs the hostel.

Not much wrong, except one staff member. I don't usually single out single staff members, but there was one American woman who works there, who I swear has verbal diarrhoea, if you fancy a night, listening about her telling numerous people about her Arabic, Irish roots or hearing her have a monologue about herself, to staff or guests then you will be entertained. The things she was saying about other staff members was really off- putting. Otherwise great hostel.
