This place is conveniently located close to the two main tube stations and offers easy access to various bus services. Additionally, you'll find nearby cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it a convenient choice. There's even a Costa Coffee located on the main floor. Considering the overall value for the price, it's definitely worth it. You'll also have no problems with the room itself.

(1) Kindly ensure a minimum of three toilet tissue rolls are provided per room, as we were provided with only two. (2) It would be greatly appreciated if slightly larger coffee mugs could be made available, as they would be more practical. (3) Please provide two additional garbage bags per room; One for the toilet garbage bin and another for the room garbage bin. (4) For first-time tourists, it would be highly beneficial to have a booklet containing a London tourist guide, a tube map, and a hop-on-hop-off bus guide provided in every room. Such resources would greatly assist visitors in navigating the city and exploring its attractions. Thank you.

Great location for visiting central London and Hyde Park for a concert. Parking close by in Bell Street car park. Also by Edgware Rd Tube stationa and many bus routes. Good air con in the room, fridge, coffee making facilities.Shower was OK, beds comfy. TV but didn't use it but I assume it was OK.ut

No comfy chairs to sit on, had to sit on the bed or just one small dresing table chair which was hard and not at all comfortable. Nothing else, I would definatley stay again at the price, approx £200 per night.

Great location and right next to the tube station and bus stops. Spacious, modern and comfortable room and friendly reception staff.

1) You have to check in online before you arrive - even though the reception desk is manned, the receptionist can’t check you in. Booking.com had sent the emails to an email address which doesn’t exist so I wasn’t aware of this prior to arriving. 2) Didn’t appreciate the cleaner knocking on our door at 10am asking if we were ready to leave because the hotel is busy and they need the room (check out isn’t until 11). Neither would stop me booking again but I just thought it was a little bit weird!

handy location, right beside underground. easy access through a costa coffee. room had all we needed and was clean. if travelling solo it would be a perfect size and good value. they have lockers downstairs to store luggage as well.

Our room wasn’t cleaned/bed made on day2 . (we were there for 2 nights) maybe this is standard practice in budget hotels however, not a big deal - but as a frequent traveller I was surprised we didn’t get fresh towels etc. the room was very small, very very small - although climbing up the stairs (the lift broke down and we were on the 6th floor!) gave us a view into other rooms that weren’t as small as ours and to be fair we had booked just a standard double/cheapest room. would defo say pay extra for larger room if there are 2 of you as we were quite on top of each other. if I was travelling for work back to London I would stay again however.

the furniture is new, carpet is new and very clean , great location , a lot of restaurants and other stores around

I did not realize that room housekeeping is not included with room rate, however the housekeeping ( cleaning) is available for 25 pounds per day.

The rooms were decorated well and were beautifully presented. If you understand that the lifts are attached to a costa, and that there is a reason for the lower prices then you will find this a great place to stay. The room has all the amenities you will need if you are staying for a short while.

The rooms are on the smaller size and I would recommend getting the larger room if you can, especially if you are larger people like us. The room comes with everything you need, but the queen bed for two is slightly too small with nowhere to hang clothes or to stash your bags. The walls are very thin which is frustrating when you are in a room next to very loud guests.

The location was very good being very close to both Edgware Road tube stations. Having Waitrose down the Road was very convenient. There is nothing really that exceeded my expectations the room was kind of meh, not bad not amazing. Very small but clean and comfortable. The shower closet is too small to justify a rainforest shower. I have to be fair and say that the room was as described but it didn't blow me away.

Before arriving I was given two different codes - one on the app and another by SMS. Neither worked on arrival, so I had to use the Sonder app chat feature and wait outside the room for someone to come and give me a third code. As mentioned above the room was underwhelming but also technically as described. Sonder 'the Henry' is nearby and was fantastic so I would stay there ahead of this site in the future.

Perfect to discover London, verry good conections with the tube to all interesting places. Enough space in the room. Easy to check-in and -out Baggage deposit was very comfortable, because we arrived early in the morning at the hotel. There is a nice Coffee Shop downstairs and a supermarket around the corner. There are also some restaurants nearby.

The Traffic was a littel bit loud But when you close the window, it's okay.

The room was to a good size. Had the amenities you needed and storage space. Enough plug sockets, the tg worked great and the wifi. The bed was super comfy slept like a dream. Afordable shops and cafes nearby! Very secure with the codes to get in! The water pressure in the shower was amaizing. Very clean would defor stay again! The staff are obvisouly contactablw via phone and or email and they were very helpful in terms of the check in etc Very accessible to the underground stations and by bus as well

Not soundproof but i didnt mind this during my stay.
